Hey guys, I recently purchased a penis enlarger pump, nothing crazy, a standard 2x9 cylinder which is 6.5 inches circumference. ( I am 5.5 now). I am planning to incorporate it in to my PE workout as follows: 5-10 min. Of pumping, 15 min. Jelqing + manual stretching. And do 2 or 3 sets a day. I am going to start doing that after 1 solid month of PE. ( I am only a newbie so far).

What do you guys think is that a good thing to do, or will I regret it in the long run?

P.S. I find it crazy how some guys pump up their cocks to the size of the baseball bat, and I am never even going to attempt that, I am just thinking that I can expand the penile tissue a little with the pump and then use jelqing + keggeling to make the results permanent.

This is actually a sound newbie routine. Just be sure to keep the vacuum pressure below 5” hg when pumping. I think you’ll get some good initial results with this routine. It’s the kind of thing I did when I first started. Two or three sets a day may be too much, if you’re just starting out. Maybe you should build up with one set/day at first. Take a day or two off anytime your dick feels that it’s not responding as well. Good luck.

1) Will combination of Jelqing + Pumping really allow me to keep the gains that I get permenantly? (Considering that I will do PE for a certain period of time to follow my pumping days, as a form of cementing the gains)

2) How high is the risk of growing back my foreskin (At most I will do a 20 minutes of pumping per session, 2 -3 sessions per day, probably a month or two in to the regime)

Answer: Yes. I and avocet8 are at least two living examples of this. Plus, I’m still making gains, especially in the girth area.

Answer: Your risk is very low with this routine. I’m circumcised, so I’ve actually used pumping to stretch my dick for further growth and to give me a slight bit more “foreskin” to cover maybe half of my glans when flaccid. I wouldn’t worry about growing back your foreskin to uncut status. That would require a tremendous amount of effort beyond just regular pumping and jelqing.

Ok I think its time to revisit this thread. I started pumping yesterday (12/5/05) and now i wonder… how often should i pump. My current schedule is 4 days on 1 day off. Should i pump:

- everyday when i workout ?
- every other day?
- Once per workout cycle (Once every 4 days)?

Also, what would be the best way to combine pumping and jelqing

- Pump 10 - 15 min then jelq 10 - 15 min and call it a day?
- Pump 10 min, jelq 10 min, then repeat one more time?
- Other method?

Lastly, if i pump often, will this create a dependency on teh pump to get an erection, and how will this effect my erection quality, meaning hardness.

First of all, you didn’t mention what pressure you are pumping at and that of course is critical. Since you are just starting out, it wouldn’t hurt to take it nice and slow and stay in the 3-4”hg range. There is no need to be in a rush and even later on, 5”hg max is all you really need for a great workout. Even after years of pumping, I always spend my first 5 minutes at 3”hg and my second 5 minutes at 4”hg, just as a nice warm up for the rest of my routine.

I would pump every workout session.

Since you are just starting, go with just one 10-15 minute pump/jelq cycle for a week. Then for the second week go for 2 cycles and in the 4th week or so, go for 3 cycles.

The pump will not cause any dependency on getting erections. As long as you stay in control and keep your routines in the moderate range, your erections will improve in size and hardness. If you start going overboard, the first signs will be discoloration or loss of erection strength.

Once you become fully conditioned to the pump in about a month or so, you can experiment with lots of different routines. Changing things up is always a good way to keep stimulating growth.

thanx fopr the reply gprent…. At this point i do not have a gauge, so i cant tell you what pressure i am using… but yesterday i pumped it up just enough to feel a slight pressure and left it there, didnt want to over do it. I bought my pump from Newart

It did not come with a gauge, and they dont seem to sell it separatly either. I do want to purchase it though, and would apprechaite some advice on where i can get it. I would also like to know if i can use this pump for pumping with warm water ( Not sure if its any better, but i think i would like it that way more.)

So could anyone tell me where i could get a gauge for my pump ?

Here are some gauges from McMaster. They also supply all sorts of tubing, check valves and cylinders. When you get to the web site, enter gauge PN: 3935K11. You will have to figure out how to plumb it in.

WTF…. they got gauges costing over $500, for that money i’d rather buy a new pump with a gauge build in. LOL

Not sure how easy it is to put a gauge on an existing pump. Might be easier (and even cheaper) to just buy a new pump with gauge.

The gauge PN I gave you costs $8.36. Look before you leap.

Once you have your 3”x8” tube, you are ready for the game: one 15 min set followed by a 15 min jelq session when you wake up, after lunch and before bed. Always use your mouth to suck the vacuum, fill the tube with warm water and never use too much pressure. If your penis becomes too red or bruised do it lighter with longer sessions at lower pressure. Soon you’ll fill the tube. Than stay for the whole session at the precise pressue that lets you fill the tube. In time, get or make a larger tube.
