Pumping/Jelq EOD Ok?

I have seen some posts by people who felt that due to the very fatiguing nature of jelqing/pumping, they recovered better when alternating days. Would this still be enough to pump EOD and jelq as well?? Thanks!

If that’s what it means, I think it depends on the intensity of your sessions. I do 5 minute jelq, 10-12 minute pump (gradually increasing pressure until I max at 10 minute mark using a cheap bulb type pump), 8-10 slow fairly erect squeeze jelq, and then 5-10 minutes of trying to maintain a maximum erection. I do about 3 sessions a week and try to do the erection part on off days. I don’t feel too fatigued with this routine and I have great erections from it. This schedule works for me, but I guess everyone is different. I do think most should allow for some rest time. Hope this helps.

Yes, that is what I am thinking of. Perhaps a Pump/Jelq schedule of either 2on1off or maybe M T Th F with the other days off.

Anyone think that’s a good plan, or underdoing it??
