Pumping Issue

Hi,

I couldn’t start the thread in the pump section so I’m posting here. I have a VacuTech pump with a 2” flared cylinder. When I go in the pump 90% erect and pump to about 3hg, I immediately get a significant increase in size in the pump but a few seconds later, I go down to a slightly smaller size than my initial size when entering. The gauge shows no loss in vaccum. Any suggestions?

Just try upping the pressure a bit to 4”hg and see what happens.

Thanks, will try it tomorrow. I think I should’ve gone for the round thickwall instead. The flared is a little uncomfortable on the testicles.

Yeah the vacutech thick walls are great! Huge fan here.

However you can get a silicone cushion that might fit that flared tube, something like this:

I don’t see anything like those on the vacutech site, but maybe they can recommend a cushion that will fit their flared tubes.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think the problem is that the cylinder is too large. I have 5” EG and went for the 2” flared. That is what was suggested on the VacuTech site. There is too much discomfort on my left testicle. It’s really pressing up against the edge of the cylinder. I think I’m going to just focus on a jelq only routine for now.

Selecting Your Cylinder Size

It is well known, at least around here, that no manufacturer makes a guide for sizing their cylinders properly. They always get us on an upsell and we end up slinking back for a smaller tube, which for them is simply more money. Double or triple money.

But, backing off the pump is a viable tactic. Assess your cylinder issue when you want to pump again.

I use a c ring when i pump. Im 4.75 mseg and alao use a 2” tube. My base is big, tho.

I ended up ordering a 1.75” round thick wall cylinder. Hope this works out better.

Same thing happened to me I have two round cylinders because the first one was too big but I have two elliptical vacu tech cylinders $300 because the first one was too big! But I’m going to be huge one day !

Well it looks like it’s working for you. You’ve made some good gains. Would you say pumping is a big part of your gains?

1.75” should definitely work better.

Received the 1.75” cylinder today. It’s much better and way more comfortable for me. Just in case someone reads this in the future, If you’re deciding between flared and round, I would say round and make sure you choose the right size.
