Pumping Is Maybe Not For Me

I’ve been pumping for about 2 weeks now, every other day at 3-4 HG, 15 minutes at a time and 5 minutes edging in between sets. It seems my resting dick in between days is getting either smaller or not changing at all.

I put my pump under hot water for 5 minutes and wrap it in a heating pad during each session. I do NOT pump with water in my tube. I plump up great and even pack the tube. I don’t know what the deal is, but I’m not impressed with the results. I pump while erect, also. What am I doing wrong?


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

Duration is too long. Simple as that. Turtle responses occur with excessive amounts of stimulation or percieved pain.

Your penis doesn’t sound enthusiastic about pumping. Take 2 weeks off. Start pumping again at 5 minutes per set, 10 minute breaks, 2 sets per day. Also, I saw no warmup mentions. A hot tube doesn’t substitute for actual warmup stretching or other physical warmup.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Interesting. I thought the goal was to go long in the sessions.

The goal can be long duration. Problem with your approach is you did not graduate upwards in pressure and time in a sensible manner. The two main schools of thought are

Long duration with low pressure.

Short duration with high pressure.

However, to graduate to either you have to start with short durations and low pressures.You skipped that step and have had some poor physiological indicators as a result.

I warm up usually with Lightweight Routine #1-Stretching but warming up is about your comfort.

Are you saying when I start back up, I should be doing 2 sets per day, every day? Or should I be resting and pumping EOD?

I’m saying when you start back up you need to drastically reduce the time you were pumping. Personally, I only do one session per day but this varies. Just start pumping slowly. Don’t ramp up like you did as fast as you did. Many men like to pump twice daily. I’m saying that if you do prefer to pump twice daily that you should cut your durations down.

I’m just making sure that DAILY pumping is ok. I was told to pump every other day.

I personally advise against daily pumping. Some do for pleasure. Not usually as effective for PE, especially early on. But this is my own thought.

It ain’t a bad state to live in, comparatively.

Hey bro, just an update: I have incorporated manual stretching— helicopters and directional stretches— prior to pumping and jelqing in between sets and I am already seeing a difference in my flaccid. The advice was much appreciated.

When what you are doing is working, especially early on, there is no reason to change anything.

When you decide on your goal, of longer sets or higher pressures you adjust accordingly if you feel that the current workout no longer offers challenge or expansion you seek.

But adding too much too fast is a common route to destruction as well. I’d freeze the routine mostly, for a while, and ride what gains you’re seeing. Additionally, not know how much of everything you’re doing, advising more blind is irresponsible of me even if I thought more could be useful. How could I know?

I pumped twice a day for twenty minutes at 5 hg, five or six days a week and didn’t see any significant perminant gains for over nine months. After the gains started to come, I added a 45 minute session at 4 hg once a week and my gains increased further.

Apparently, my dick required nine months of conditioning before it started to gain girth.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Damn! Did you do any stretches? What was your warmup?

I’ll do 100-200 Helicopters and about 4 directional pulls each (down, up, left & right) for 15 seconds each. I jelq in between sets. Not sure what else I should be doing.

My statement was based on my inability to know how much jelqing you do or how long and how many sets you pump for at what pressures.

Your routine seems fine though. So I wouldn’t say you need to be doing anything else.
