Pumping Intensity

Damn, I pump at like 3 and it hurts… well just cause I need some type of padding cusion on the base of my tube… Need to fix that. My penis itself looks nice and doesn’t hurt at all.

Oddly enough I think I have a solution to your problem, it just sounds weird. If you notice it hurts around the base but not the actual penis, which was the same for me, It’s because it’s pushed that layer of fat away and it hitting directly against the bone there. You need to actually massage the fat back underneath the pump head. A few tries and you’ll master it and I’ve had no more pain since.


one month in (as of 02/12/09): 8.15" BPEL, 7.4" NBPEL, 5.6"EG, (5"-6.5" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 190 lbs.

Currently (as of 04/3/09): 8.50" BPEL, 7.6" NBPEL, 5.7"EG, (5.5"-7" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 175 lbs. (final semester of Computer Science > Gym :( )

Goals (in the next 6 months): 8.60" BPEL, 7.8" NBPEL, 6" EG, 7" FL, 5" FG, (still hopefully 6'1"), Weight: 200 lbs.

Actually for me 2.5 inHg can hurt too. It hurts only at the base but on the downside, so not next to my bone on the upper side. Any tips?

Should try that. The reason why I pump with it pressed is because for some reason, some of my skin folds and the fold allows air to escape so there is no vaccuum, so I just push it lightly until the vaccuum can hold itself, and then let go, but it continues to suck deeper. After a few seconds, it goes away though.

Maybe you have a very thick urethra? Just guessing, I’m not an expert of pumping.

Anyway, often the skin at the base is more sensitve, and could be irritated by the wrong seal. Maybe the sleeve is too tight?

Listen to the pumping vets of this community. There are many years of collective wisdom here, and a lot of the lessons were learned the hard way. I agree with longer sessions at lower pressure. If you have time to play with it, pumping works best. Keeping stimulated is very important, milking the tube for the entire session, staying hard in the tube matters more than pressure. All you really need is enough vacuum to keep a seal. As far as what hg, I pay little attention to the gauge. I just go by feel. You should never feel any discomfort while pumping. Stop the session once you’ve packed the tube, or even before that, if it hurts. I used to believe in pushing the envelope: no pain, no gain, but after years of extreme PE have found that less is more, and my dick looks and works better for it. PE should never hurt.

Have you grown in the last couple of years? I think you were at 6 and 1/2 back then. Any new techniques?

I did gain a lot of girth from abusing the clamp. I also gained a dick that looked like it had been in a train wreck, lost some erection quality, and received perpetual ass chewings from my urologist, not to mention several other ladies in my life. After countless injuries, and lectures, I finally gave in to their constant nagging, took a long break, (couple of years) and now I clamp and pump responsibly. I haven’t lost any girth, and my erections are back to normal. I may have lost a little erect length, I was never too concerned about erect length anyway, but I have a nice fat dick that looks good flaccid or hard, that actually works, and I’m fine with that.

Would I have gained two inches of girth had I never abused PE? I’m not sure. But I think every dick is different, and even a 9X5 monster is not exempt from injury.

SteadyGains: Hmmm. Just noticed the HOLD. Hope it was not on my account. Anyway, thanks for the welcome back, if you can read this. I’m actually semi retired from PE now, only do maintenance work for penile health, and because I enjoy it. I do long low pressure pump sessions, some clamping/edging, dry jelqs and I wear the big PE weights Monty made for me, custom fit. I don’t hang anymore, I think my dick is too thick to stretch, but I have ended up with a nice total volume that is heavy enough to keep my dick hanging nicely. I’ve always been more into a nice flaccid hang. That’s what women see first, and first impressions count. My girth actually measures at near 7” flaccid, because all the extra shaft skin I’ve gained from years of abuse slides down over the shaft giving the illusion of a really fat dick. Hard it firms up to around 6-1/2 to 6-3/4 girth. I think I’m still around 7” BPEL, but I’ve gained a little fat pad. I will get some accurate measurements and change the stats in my sig if they differ. I’ve always felt that length is for guys, and girth is for the ladies. But Total Volume is what really matters.

Heh, I can understand how your dick looked like a train wreck and how the EQ was terrible after all that, but now that your EQ is back to normal (Not sure about the discoloration?) wasnt it worth it in the end? The reason why I ask is because, you can probably guess…I would sacrifice alot for girth gains like that, right now Im trying the less is more route but so far it hasnt worked for me yet. Even with pumping in the 2-4 HG range, keeping it warm, staying hard all the time, milking the tube didnt seem to give me anything.

Its true, total volume is everything.

Everything seems to back to normal except the color. I’m pretty dark all over, but my dick is darker than the rest of me. I’m a sun freak, and sunbathe nude a lot. Probably if I kept it out of the sun for a while it would lighten back up. Personally, I don’t mind a dark dick. I know a lot of guys are worried about discoloration, but I think a mocha colored dick looks meaner than a pink one. I guess it is a matter of taste. Anyway, for me the discoloration is a small price to pay for the gains
