Spotting is a sign your penis is not conditioned enough for the force you are using; if blood vessels are leaking, they are not strong enough to cope with what you are doing to them, and you are causing damage.
Take a few days off until they are gone, then start again lighter (very light for the first few sessions as although the spotting isn’t visible, it won’t be fully healed either). When you start up again, make sure you start each session with a good warm-up and finish with firegaot rolls.
