Hey all!

So i bought a pump about 2 months ago and have been pumping solidly bar two weeks when I needed a PE rest due to poor erection quality and lack of morning wood. My stats were 6.8 BPEL x 5.5 MSEG and I never measured above 7 inches length.

Well today I was wanking off and put the tape measure to my dick and found my BPEL to be at 7.1 inches. I am really happy that I finally got over the 7 inches mark but I don’t want it to be a temporary gain.

How do you guys recommend keeping this gain? Of course, I want to build on it too and my current routine is like:

5 min hotsock warm up, 8 mins manual stretching, 10 mins pumping at 5hg, 15 mins Jelqing, then shower (run cold water on dick).

I never do more than one set of pumping per day, primarily due to clean-up reasons (I always shower after PE, as I don’t like walking around with baby oil in my pants lol.

I fully believe there is no such thing as permanent gains even body builders know that there hard work will disappear visually if they do not follow their programs this is true in every part of a mans life.

I understand from others we should pump at pressure no more then 5hg others disagree, what works for you is all that matters so experiment with a program just foryourself, adapt others by all means but you must remember we all respond differently and infact want different goals.

I have chatted with many members of TP who state that pumping definitely give gains and they are permanent.

I know that there are members on TP who feel that way there are also members who believe the gains from pumping (which I do) are not permanent, we can all discuss it, like has been done many times, from sun up to sund down. With no firm answer, if you stick with it the gains are pretty great (personally speaking) but for me those gains disappear if I do not keep it up (excuse the pun), Avantasia you may be different from me (with that in mind I congratulate you) but my gains are not permanent and I need to pump atleast 3 times a week to keep what I have gained up there.

I think that if you only pump and nothing else the gains go away pretty quick but if you complement it with manual exercises and other routines the pump becomes a complement that makes you achieve the current maximum size and from that size you consolidate it with the true exercises to maintain length and girth.

I think it would be pretty interesting to see the participation of other members on this thread.

I’ve pumped sporadically since I reached nine inches. I wouldn’t even call it frequent enough to be maintenance. I’ve lost none of my gains. So, for me it sure seems permanent.

Well, after having been using my bathmate for 6 months, I took a 20 day break, and lost nothing. In the future, if I take a longer break, I’ll let you know what happened.:)

That is VERY interesting Titleist and PF, since the maximun size is obtained inside the pump it is only logical that the non pumped size gradually increases as well :) .

Avantasia are you refering to jelqing? I do this too but lost my jelqing guide when windows crashed and took everything with it. I have enjoyed jelqing but have not tried hanging weights etc……….

I might take a look at hanging……..

Sure there is a firm answer. For some it permanent, for some it requires some maintenance, and those are the facts. AND that applies to all PE, not just pumping. If you are pumping 3X/ week to keep your “gains”, they aren’t gains, just temporary expansion.

However, if you keep that up long enough, it may well turn into true gains. In general, the lower the vacuum levels, the better chance of keeping the gains or cementing the gains.

I truly feel that frequent and prolonged nite wood it a critical component in “cementing” gains, which IMO is why it is so important.

If your PE is so intense that you completely eliminate nite and morning wood, you will have a very hard time making gains. Again IMO.

From personal experience i completely agree with sparky on this one. I feel like i have been extremely patient with my PE career and as we all know it can be very difficult to control yourself when you start to see gains, but when i got too intense the gains stopped and i almost felt as if i backtracked.

Well i don’t get much night wood, nothing that wakes me up ever. However when I did take a two week break about a month ago I woke up with massive morning wood which made me think that this is a positive PI and that long breaks are necessary to heal up the tissue and get my dick working back to 100% again.

What’s the deal with the LOT theory nowadays? I read that it had been discredited and I am looking to vary/increase my routine, go for it and get 7.5 BPEL. I still have loads of things I haven’t tried like clamping and hanging which I will save as sort of “last resort”.

Nite wood for me stops the moment I stop taking cialis on a every other day routine, I also try to take L-tyrosine and D-Aspartic Acid which I am convinced in making me a little pumped up. Unfortunately one of the side effects of taking this combo is I suffer with serious constipation which believe me is no fun at all. Thinking of drinking syrup of figs daily………
