Pumping for Peyronie's: Let's get to the bottom of this

Any one here pump for Peyronie’s? Can someone experienced give me a detailed explanation on how one might go about pumping to improve Peyronie’s? I plan on also taking Cialis, ALCAR, and Vitamin-E into a weekly regimen. Also, anyone have any experience with tamoxifen? I’ve also considered the Bathmate, but air-pumping seems to be the safer method (believe it or not). It is much easier to gauge the amount of pressure. And, if anyone can help me formulate a routine (I plan to pump at night), that would be great. I have read some stuff about pumping, but haven’t been serious and the times haven’t been right. I got a urologist appointment,. In about a week. Thanks for the help.

Also, what are the differences with the expensive auto-pumps that say they are covered by insurance? I want to get a quality pump, no matter the price, but I don’t want to drop $500 for something that costs $100 and does the same job.

I don’t know that there is any difference, invictus, except possibly for this: I believe some of the medical-grade units have rather modest upper limits on the amount of vacuum they will delivery, to make it more difficult to hurt yourself accidentally, I guess. In terms of quality, I haven’t seen anything that suggests they are of any higher quality.

There are threads here and elsewhere about using DMSO for Peyronie’s. Investigate carefully and proceed at your own risk, because DMSO is generally not made to medical quality for human use.

Since you’re considering ALCAR, invictus, you might also want to consider propionyl-L-carnitine (PLC). This article mentions it in conjunction with verapamil, but it sounds like it might be worth taking as a complement to ALCAR.

1. How many ‘medical grade’ pumps have you seen which have cheap bulb devices to generate suction, or a plastic pump? Put another way, have you ever seen a ‘medical grade’ pump which was metal, like the very reasonable pumps from Harbor Freight?

2. I have never seen a ‘medical grade’ cylinder that is as good and sturdy as my VacuTech thickwall. (Pumptoys and LAPDist are very good quality as well.)
