My main goal with pumping is to add more girth.

In my brief pumping career I have intuitively felt that my best sessions have been when I go in the tube at 80% or so erection level.

However to make a long story short, I sort of suffer from “PE Anxiety” so that when I sit down to do PE, it takes a while to get relaxed and to work up an erection. Relaxation is the key ingredient — somehow maybe I think the stakes are high when it is time to PE. Who know, yes I am nuts.

Anyway, sometimes I don’t have that kind of time when it is time to do a workout. So I have gone in at 30% or so, or even completely flaccid. Psychologically I feel that these workouts are not so great, probably because I don’t see my penis getting as big in the tube as with the 80% workouts.

So are these workouts really a waste of time, or will I get something out of them?

I’m pretty much in the same position regarding getting erect for the pump. what I have been doing recently is taking half of a generic viagra (sildenafil ?) 20 mins before starting the pump session and then, by the time I’ve watched some porn, I can get reasonably hard enough to be termed erect. However, in the last couple of years before doing this, I entered the pump with only a semi-erection and the pump did the rest, helping me to fill a 2” tube to capacity girth-wise. So, YES. You will definitely get something out of them sta-kool.

Did you gain anything?

Yes, I did gain but I’m not honestly sure how much. I would guess at anything from 1/4 inch girth to just over that. I only use the 2” diameter tube for the first 2 sets now as the expansion causes a feeling of discomfort in the tube by the end of the 2nd set. (I pump up to 7” hg). I then move up to my 2.25” diameter cylinder which I use at 4” and 5” hg.

When I first started using the bigger cylinder my balls kept getting sucked into the tube, but my base girth is bigger now and it doesn’t happen all that often these days. Come to think of it, my base girth has increased by at least half an inch in the last couple of years. I’m 6” MSEG and 6.5” Base girth. Should have taken proper measurements, I know, I know!

I’m a newbie to pumping. I bought my first one today. It’s a cheap one to tale me throughout the month till I can afford a higher quality one next month.

Anyway, I was wondering, when you guys finish your session and release the pressure, do you get flaccid again?

My sets are 15 mins. I have tried 20 min sets but that causes too many burst capillaries on my skin and too much doughnut just below my glans. 15 is just right for me, especially if I’m pushing the pressure envelope! (Sorry for the mixed metaphor). :)

Yes, I normally lose a fair bit of my erection when I come out the tube and soon become flaccid again.
