I’ve just started pumping, after my girth workouts. Now I notice that after 5-10 minutes of pumping, I get a stretching/burning feeling along the shaft, is this normal?

Also, a problem I’ve been having is my balls trying to get sucked in the tube. They don’t go in, but get sucked right to the base of the tube and are like squeezed and it hurts like fuck.. Anyone know how to correct this??

You must be pumping at a very high vacuum, does your pump have a gauge? If not get a gauge or better still by a new pump with a gauge. Seeing as your balls are being sucked in, You may need a smaller diameter tube. What size are you using now?

As Peter suggested keep the pressure low, 5 HG’s of pull is maximum and 2 - 4 is more then enough… Also, to prevent the burning, stinging feeling after the sesson just slather up with a lotion about 15 minutes prior to going into the pump…

I’ve experienced this problem even with low pressure on entended sets however once I started to use the lotion 75% of the negative feeling you described went away… Just use an elastin type lotion, it works well as it helps the skin s t r e t c h much more…


If your balls are getting too close I suggest keeping them warm with a rice sock or a heating pad while pumping that way the ball sack stays relaxed and the ball stay further from the tube, also if your balls could fit in the tube, the tube may be too big. I had the same problem and had to get a smaller tube, also just an FYI you can get a tube big enough that fits your balls and then you don’t have to worry about them getting sucked in.

Now as far as pain along your dick in the tube, sounds definitely like pressure. A gauge is a must my friend, you have to have one, there is no substitute for your dick so if you break it with over pumping you could damage it permanently.

Thanks guys. I keep the pressure strictly at 5hg. I’ve considered going over that given the number of clamping hours under my belt, but I will stick with the advice of the experienced pumpers.

I think the diameter is ok, it’s packed right away at the base, it’s just that my balls get sucked right to the edge, then they’re trapped there squeezing against the bottom of the tube. like they’re trying to go in but there’s no room. Maybe I should just get a bigger diameter then let them go in the tube, that’s a good idea reywdsuyt. Is there any way you can tie up your balls with something to prevent this from happening??

I’ve been pumping for a while now and agree with Avocet’s commandments on pumping… Keep the pressure “low”. You get a better workout, no doughnut and can do it two hours a day and be rock hard and ready at a moments notice… Once you get the hang of it, you will be a believer! I can hit 7.5” of midshaft girth from just one hour in the pump that lasts several hours and still be hard as steel…

I have been pumping for about 18 months now, and my pumped girth is
about 6.25 mid-shaft, 5.5” un- pumped. It’s a challenge to keep the vacuum low, because I want to
get bigger than the last session.. But I think it’s right to keep it low. Lately
I’ve been pumping one on- one off. This seems to be healthy for my dick,
I get harder and more frequent erections, and my dick seems healthier.

It’s great to have sex in a pumped state, your dick feels like it’s about to explode, it feels really fat..:-)


Did you always reach 7.5” mid-shaft girth, or did it increase gradually?
I seem to be getting bloating while pumping, whether I pump at low or higher
vacuum. I like to stay around 4-6”Hg, sometimes going up to as high as 10- 15” Hg for brief periods
to get a max stretch in the tissues. Not for beginners!

Here’s my current routine:

For warm-up I wrap my dick in a heating pad, as hot as comfortable for 10- 15 minutes.
I then stretch a little and do about 10 mins of jelqing
I do 5-6 sets of 10 mins with 5 minutes of manual work(jelqing, squeezes, ULI’s) in between sets.
I release the vacuum every 5 minutes to get fresh blood in.
After session I put on my Ace strap for up to an hour to keep my dick engorged.

I pop 25mg of generic Viagra 30 mins before the session.

I don’t experience pain, and I think this is due to proper warm- up, increasing the vacuum gradually and
staying at a sensible vacuum level. Get a vacuum gauge, if you don’t have one!

An hour of pumping gets me to 7.5 midshaft pretty easy… After I figured out that I didn’t need any higher pressure then 5 Hg’s and time it was no problem hitting that size… I think the best way to pump is to get yourself as hard as possible ‘inside’ the pump. Watch porn, throw your head into the sewer or whatever it takes. I would watch anything over 5 HG’s but that is just me.

Having a Natural hard-on that is augmented by a pump is a super workout IMO.. I always warm up with a heating pad prior to pumping and also use that lotion I mentioned in my last post…

If girth is king, why the hell does everyone keep talking about length?
