No. That needs recovery time. 2 days : 1 off is the recommended schedule but it’s down to you.

On your rest days, just rest. Don’t do anything. If you jelq or do anything strenuous, then it isn’t a rest day.

The ultimate guide to what you should be doing is your own penis. The guidelines are important, especially for newbies like you, but they are just that - guidelines. The most important thing is to pay attention to your EQ. For example, if you can do 3 days on and 1 day off and continue to have good EQ everyday, then that routine. If that is too much for good EQ, then try and 2 days on, one off. Experiment.

The importance of rest cannot be emphasized highly enough. It is a necessary component for gaining. So doing PE everyday will not speed up your progress - mostly likely, it will slow it down. I know this may seem counter-intuitive, but this is the experience of most (if not all) who have made any significant gains.

Plus, as someone else has indicated. Pumping everyday causes temporary fluid build-up (that plump puffyness) in the penis that not only gives the false impression of growth, it is also counter-productive to making gains. So you need to rest and let this temporary plump dissipate.

I found it helped to stop calling them “rest” days. They are not “rest” days. There are no such things as “rest” days.

They are GROWTH days.

Anyone who has ever gotten their ass off the couch and peeled away from the Housewives fake-boobie happy funtime show long enough to work blood into their muscles and air into their lungs, knows that GROWTH only occurs between the workouts. It’s when your purple heart cells debridgenate with the yellow ones and yada yada (insert bro-science and big words off google) and so on.

I do MWF, twice or thrice daily as PE allows. Currently on a ten day growth spurt (rest), and seven days in I already see a much improved EQ, and almost feel like I’m sleeping all night with a boner. And I’m 45. That doesn’t happen when you’re my age.

Anyway, think of them as GROWTH days and your routine will slip into a much healthier mode.

Eh, lol, I lol’d. Seriously though a beat to shit dick doesn’t grow without recovery. You damage during workout and grow during rest. But from what I’ve read some can beat their dick bad and grow fast if cycling liquid C. But either way PI’s lead the way.
