Are these pumping devices specific for PE or is it some kind of pump used for PE,sorry I am clueless about pumping thanks in advance

If I understand the question correctly, yes, there are pumps sold specifically for PE, and, also you can make your own pump. There is a whole forum just for this subject (pumping forum) detailing pumps you can buy or make. I use a “bathmate”.

I cannot buy a PE pump what are the other options that I have,I also was wondering if there are any pictures to see and imagine how it looks like or how it works.hard to understand without any visualization

I think if you do an Internet search for penis pump, you’ll come up with lots of sites with pictures to help you visualize the product.

Basically, it’s a cylinder which is open at one end; the other end is generally connected to tubing that runs to a pump (or which incorporates the pump built right into the cylinder). You put your penis in the open end of the cylinder, use the pump to pull air (or water) out of the cylinder, your penis expands in response to the lower than ambient atmospheric pressure. Simple.

No one will lend or rent you one. However, I don’t believe that is what you are asking.

No, penis "pumps" are usually made for some other pumping purpose and PE companies just buy them and resell them usually at a mark up.

This is a quality pump sold by Harbor Freight fairly cheap and usually re-sold by the better PE companies at a substantial mark up. You really SHOULD get a good one with a gauge, especially if you are new to pumping.

This is a thread where it tells you how to get a cheap aquarium pump and convert it into a vacuum pump for PE. But really I suggest you get a pump with a gauge like from Harbor Freight to start out with. If you decide to use the electric pump, you need the Harbor Freight pump with gauge to measure the vacuum levels and set the level to what you need.

Now, if you are talking about the "cylinder" or the thing that you put your dick into, yes mostly they are made specifically for PE, but we here at Thunders have converted other devices into pretty decent cylinders, like a gravel cleaner;

This is how I made my first one and is still pretty good. You just need to dip the end in Plasti-dip to make it more comfortable;

Black is the softest, but comes off easily. Red is by far the best in my experience.

I don’t live in the us and stuff like this ain’t really available to purchase

There are plenty of options here for PE exercises that do not involve equipment.
