I too have often thought about pumping while driving but I haven’t quote taken the leap. I’m often on the road for long stretches and would love to use that time to pump and make gains. Laeh is right I believe in that there is little to no distraction for pumping since there is not a lot of activity or attention that needs to be lent to it. Get a good seal, and set your pressure and off you go. Even when you are pumping at home or wherever you pump, you are not looking at the cylinder and your cock the entire time - just an occasional check here and there to make sure things are ok. And when it’s time to take of the pump for a break, stop at a rest area or simply pull of onto the shoulder. Now, having said all of that, I’m still not ready to make the leap but I may try it soon. Especially when I get my SUV out of the shop. I don’t feel comfortable enough to do it in my car, but I’d certainly try it in my truck.
