Pumping After Extending?

Pumping After Extending?

Just a little about me:

I’ve been doing a manual routine (jelqing, stretching) in the morning (for the past 3 months), and I use a homemade extender (details in my progress report) for an hour in the afternoon. I gained 1 cm in BPEL in the previous 2 months of this routine. EQ is great, and I’m not worried about measuring for at least 2 more months. I wanted to add in pumping to see how it feels and if low pressure (water) pumping could help my routine and help me gain MSEG and BPEL.

My base girth is around 5.75in, my MSEG is around 5.25in, so I bought a 2” cylinder from LA Pump. I plan on using the Harbor Freight brake bleeder (metal) to measure pressure, get my vacuum, etc. I also bought a silicone sleeve so I could try that out, as I figure it would help me pack the tube and reduce red spots and edema. I don’t really want much more than 0.25in more in permanent MSEG, and length is my main concern.

My questions:

#1) Can you use a silicone sleeve and water pump at the same time? Or…can you only use the silicone sleeve whilst air pumping?

#2) If I integrate a pump into my routine, when do you think it would be most useful for my routine and gaining? Half of me feels like immediately after my extending session (my extender exerts nearly 5 lbs of tension, so it’s more like mild-hanging) so that I’ve loosened up the tissue and can fill that new/temporary stretched length up with blood. The other half of me feels like spacing it out another 6 hours from my extending session so it would keep my tissues in a stretched state for more of the day/night by exercising at intervals. Thoughts? Thanks for your help!

START: 05/26/2014: BPEL=14 cm (5.51 in), MSEG = 13.3 cm (5.25 in)

LAST MEASURED: 11/17/2014: BPEL=15.3 cm (6.02 in), MSEG = not measured...yet

ULTIMATE GOAL: BPEL=17.8cm (7 in), MSEG = 14.6cm (5.75 in)

I’m not a hanger! But I’m a pumper.. so the first question can I answer a yes on! That you can do both as you like with the sleeve on. I pumping both with warm water and air with the sleeve on.

Starting size: 7.48" X 5.51" Currently: 10.1" X 6.4"

Heat is the key!

As I understand it, the use of the silicone sleeve is to limit expansion of the shaft while pumping and allow the pump action to pull thereby creating a length effect. But wouldn’t this allow the glans to over-balloon resulting in more stress and pain?

I’m well conditioned so I don’t have had that problem.. I get a good shaft pump with the sleeve on, but it’s true expansion without fluid buildup. And of course this technique is good for length but I believe it’s good for girth too. It depends how you pumping!

I have been water pumping with a Mr Fantastic dynamic pump and I use a sleeve to avoid edemas. I have not noticed the effect you suggest but I did get a blister when I started doing 2 60 min sessions a day with a max vac of 18” . Do not think the sleeve had anything to do with it though.

Mr Fantastic is now providing a silicone glans protector with his devices. I have ordered one and am waiting on it. I have just recovered from the blister but will be operating at lower max vacuums. When I went up to 15” Hg I had no problems

What silicone sleeve are you using? I have the Flaccid Jackit, which is 3mm thick (walls) x 26mm inside diameter. It’s pretty tight to get into for me.

Also do you think using a sleeve with the Bathmate would be feasible? Or too constrictive?

I got the idea after reading Girtyhgetting’s use with a Bathmate - Silicon Sleeve Pumping

This is the one I have been using - http://www.absi licone.com/peni … ing-sleeve.html

It is pretty soft silicone and I have no problem putting it on or off

Think I might try a flaccid jackit as they are cheaper and they do wear out. How soft is the silicone?

If I could grow the glands, relative to the shaft diameter, I wouldn’t complain. Also, I would follow Avocet’s Pumping 101 thread and start with low pressures and short durations (10 minute sessions, once per day). I just want pumping to compliment my routine, not be the routine. :)

Man you’re gonna be all wrapped up now Austfred! :) With warm water and all that silicone you are gonna be edema/blister-proof. (knock on wood)

Roots I hope so Got to see how effective the glans protectors are. Suspect the trick will be to not get any air behind them. The sleeves certainly stop edemas but they still give you expansion.

I started out that way but found I gould go much higher with dynamic pumping. Only got the blister when I got carried away a bit.

Yep, I would imagine the concept would be much the same with the silicone glans protector as well.
