I am in my 5th month of water pumping and im curious what i should do next, ive built up to doing 15 continuous minutes in my bathmate followed by 50 jelqs. I get very little fluid build up, i tried clamping but it discolored my penis. Should i try pumping twice a day for 15 minutes or what will help me grow?

I recommend twice a day sessions. I did mostly air pumping twice a day for 20 minutes each and have gained over one inch.

How many years did it take to get to 1 inch gain in girth? I did 1 15 minute session yesterday then another at night, it felt good and got a little fluid build up which i like because i feel i pushed it to its limit.did you jelq too? If so how much?

it took about 5 years.

Did you have problems with discoloration and what was your warm up routine

I agree with the twice a day just try not to over pump since there no gauge. I’ve been using the bathmate for over year now and I usually but not always did 15 in the a.m and 15 before bed especially if sex was in the cards. I have discoloration you have to get used to it with pumping. Also I started using those rings not sure what they’re called but it helps to stop my balls getting sucked in. I can’t say if my gains are permanent from the pump but I went from 4.75 erect mid girth to 5.5 I feel as those now after I pump it’s probably over 5.5. Good luck don’t over do it with the bm

I own both a BM and a ThickWall pump and include both in my routine.

First thing- you want to have a good warmup. I can tell from own experience that without a good warmup results are not the same (I tested this on purpose, and do not recommend trying out yourself). I also add manual stretches to the warmup before pumping, to flex out the tissue even more.

Then, I would break down the one 15m session into two shorter ones, and do Jelqs in between and after. That seems to work well for me.

Last, I add a cock ring after pumping for 20m (4x5m or so) to keep the expansion for longer. I don’t do longer than 20m because in general I play on the safe side.

Excellent advice, what kind of warm up do you do, just stretches? Should i go in the pump erect? I obviously want to maximize my results just not sure what works yet, its gotten longer but no real girth that ive seen. Must be from my lack of warm up

Caveat emptor: I’ve been in the game for a few months only so don’t take this as gospel :)
Warmup I do: 10-15m of hot washcloth. I usually put on a Youtube vid with that length, then refresh the cloth with hot water till video’s done. Then I put on the IR lamp and do another 10-20m of stretches: Left, Right, Up, Straight and BTC. I feel a different resistance at different angles so you should see for yourself which is the one best for you.
Pumping: I pump semi-erect. Simply because I can’t keep a full strength erection while fiddling with a pump :) I also assume, but got no facts around this, that semi-erect is a bit better starting point as one usually jelqs semi-erect too, not full hard. Again, try what’s working for you. Flaccid pumping didn’t work for me, for example.
Girth vs length: I have the exact opposite, mild girth gains but not one half a mm length. To paraphrase some of the more experienced guys on here: Everyone’s unit is different and reacts differently. What gives me girth might give you nothing, and vice versa. I think the key thing is knowing what BREAKS your unit, ie, extreme high pressure pumping or pumping with a cock ring.

Lastly, I kept an eye on using the cock ring after pumping. I am pretty sure it is not helping a lot with permanent gains (There is a thread around here about all day cockrings and I think it lead to nothing) but it does help me a lot with keeping the max expansion after pumping. I see a difference of .25” due to using a cock ring. And let’s say that MissW doesn’t care too much where it’s coming from as long as it’s there :)

I will have to focus more on warming up, would a tanning bed count as a warm up if i was in there nude, then follow it up with some stretches? I have a heated fan at home i could use as well. Ill try that tonight and see how it goes. I do like idea of jelqing in between sets. Im going to try two 7 minute sets with jelqing and rolls in between. Should i change up my routine monthly or when should i make a change? Should i add more pump time or jelqs. Also. Why no masterbation after pumping?

I am lazy and normally do not do a good warn up. Usually just do 50 or so easy jelqs. Perhaps I could have gained a bit faster with a good warm up; however, I am more than happy with my over 1” gain. I should add that after a year, I added an additional 45 minute session at 4 hg once a week.

Yeah that’s why I added that everyone’s different. I don’t gain length, and I’m sure if I’d not add heat I’d go backwards!

No idea about the tanning bed, I don’t know if that type of radiation is warmup. I’d guess not, as you want to be warm in the proverbial sense.

As for changing, I think the general consensus is that a routine should be kept as long as it brings gains, and intensified/changed when gains reduce. I’ll let the experts chime in.

And masturbation after pumping is not a general no-go, the idea is that you’ll reduce size after you ejaculate and you want to keep the increased size as long as possible. Search turtling/turteling :)
