pumping 3/4/5/6 hours on low pressure

So Titleist,
When you pumped for hours, you weren’t @ your max erection length right? So I’m guessing that the low pressure with heat, just slowly expanded your cell division and caused them to be repaired at a longer length?

I know for you it was a lot of trial and error and I guess so many pumpers, myself included, are trying to understand the formula in which you seemed to have figured out what really brings gains over time.

Also, how was your EQ quality when doing this in relation to your routine? EQ is my biggest concern.

By the end of my sessions I exceed my BPEL in the cylinder. This is only achieved with time and heat. It’s al about alowing the vacum to pull my erection longer than it normally is and leave it there for half hour sets.

When properly conditioned and using as little vacuum as possible; my EQ is quite good.

Is it because you’re erect in the tube or is it the pulling pressure alone pulling you past your BPEL? I can’t imagine being hard for 2-3 hour pump sessions.

Oh ok. I reread your response. 30 minute sets where you would stimulate and enter the cylinder erect and the low vacuum would pull you past.

What if your erection length falls below the hg’s that you are pumping? For example if I do 1 set of 30 minutes, pumping to only 4hg, that doesn’t equal my BPEL amount even with an erection inside the tube.

I’m guessing the vacuum will eventually lengthen me past that BPEL after some time?

Yes, remember this didn’t happen for me overnight. I just set a ceiling for time and pressure. Eventually it worked for me. It’s not something I think you can achieve in under 9 months using heat and consistency. Heck it may take a year. Trust the process, don’t rush the process.

Sounds a bit like it is similar to traction with regards to safety. With traction it’s best to be guided by the tension you are under, not the length you are stretching to. Not surprising then that with VED it is best to be guided by the pressure, not BPEL, during the session.


Starting Stats - 5.5 BPEL x 5.6 EG

Current Stats - 5.7 BPEL x 6.5 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)
