pumping 3/4/5/6 hours on low pressure

Here’s another thought, lifted from another thread (Kojack10 - 1/2 inch in one month - only 5 minutes/day). Rather than three hours at a time, how about three hours split into short segments over the course of a day?

This may suggest that the temporary change in length following a stretch may start to regress after four hours (Grace Hughes, unpublished study).

And yes, I know; the penis is not a muscle. Still, food for thought, and a possible alternate approach to longer duration pumping.

And the beauty of this approach is that while you’re asleep, nocturnal erections take care of stretching things for you (at least somewhat) periodically during the night.

I thnik that this long hours pumping could be similar to that chemical patent when one keeps his penis engorged for several hours with the help of PGE1.

I used a heat wrap the entire session. I did three sets at 5hg or so. After that I stayed in the cylinder for hours at lower pressure. I thought of it as an ADS. At the beginning of each set I would pump up to around 6hg and slowly back down to around three over the next 2-3 minutes.

This routine must be worked up to. I can’t tell you how many times I got water blisters from staying at it for too long. Once I got the hang of it, I had very little lymph build up and was able to keep my dick stretched to nine inches for hours a day.

About a half inch in a year in length. The same in girth.

I should have waited for your post before trying to stay in for three hours at 5 hg which resulted in a five hour donut. Next time I’ll try it your way. I appreciate your posting your routine.

This is exactly what I was thinking. If you could use heat as well, then erection+heat should really do quite a similar job as the chemical PE cocktails.

I figure that if you can maintain an erection for a few hours safely then pumping just to your normal erect size should be safe to maintain for a few hours. Is this correct? Are there blood flow differences (during the erection) between a VED erection and a normal one?

nb. Had some questions, felt that bumping this old thread would be more useful than creating a whole new one.

What I wish existed is a ved that you fill with water and it can maintain that water at 40deg C indefinitely. Low pressure long duration in a heated VED, that’d be the business.

Hi titleist ,I’m for spanish comunity , sorry for my english is very bad I need ask you one question, I read that is good for work pump around 3-5G low pressure but in my pump ( is a bad quality) if I use low pressuren my erection is very bad around 60 -70% and I think that in this pressure I dont work .
When you work in penis pump with a slow pressure for long time , how is your erection?

PD: If I work with hight pressure my erecction its perfect around 85% -95% but if I under pressure also my erection low :( It’s normally? in this low pressure my penis can work good?

My erection is quite good at those pressures. I’m not always erect when I come out. I think it’s important to at least start erect.

If you use higher pressure, watch how much time you use. You may get more fluid build up.

Thanks! Started 1 month ago , normally use penis pump max 10 minuts because I alternate with jelq and exercise with cable clamp . In the future I think that I will use penis pump for around 20 min , but now 10 is good for me jjeeej.

Then What do you believe about my personal situation, if my erection in penis pump is around 60-70 ( I feel a little preassure) , do you think that is enought to work? or I nedd hight pressure to get a good erection around 80%? My question is if its possible get results with a erecction 60-70% because this is my erection in a low pressures :( .

Yes I do think it will work for you. As you become more conditioned you can use more time.
