I’ve read it over and over, and it states:

Should I go up to 15 and 20 minute sessions or do the same time and keep the session in the pump to 5-10 minutes? I’m also slowly building up stretching and jelquing so I’ll be at the start of the newbie routine (5 minute stretch, 10 minute jelq) by week 6.

The longer you stay in the cylinder, the more likely your pumped size becomes a function of lymph fluid accumulation. It is impressive, but probably not the best for growth. Shorter cycles are much better for core growth which is based on blood flow expansion and leads to better permanent results. So, several shorter sets are more effective then one long set.

In between pump sets you should do your squeezes or jelqing or clamping which is also good for the process.

The Pumping 101 schedule is designed to “condition” your penis to pumping first without the risk of damage. If you want to start out with shorter sets, that’s fine, but I suggest you get conditioned first, then adopt a routine that works well for you.
