Hey guys. Been here for years, but only now started to get into pumping.

I have been hanging on and off since I started (with a bib) and have >2 inches gained. Would like to start incorporating pumping. Probably 0.25 to 0.33 inch girth gain just from manual exercises.

Currently have a vacutech.

Blah blah blah..

Long story short, would like to hear how long people pump for on a daily basis. I have done some homework, and the general consensus seems to be that low pump mmhg is better for growth and that higher mmhg will only lead to injury or edema or both.

Gimme a good starter routine if you would.

This is taken from the “pumping 101” thread. If you have not read it yet then I recomend it. The general consensus is that nothing above 5hg is plenty. I am starting off with about 2-3hg.

Week 1: One 10 minute session per day
Week 2: One 15 minute session per day
Week 3: Two 10 minute sessions per day
Week 4: Two 15 minute sessions per day
Week 5: One 20 minutes session, one 10 min session, per day
Week 6: Two 20 minute sessions per day
Week 7: Three 20 minute sessions per day *

* After a few months I settled on three 10 minute sessions per day and no pumping on weekends. Now I do only 5 - 8 minute sessions with more squeezes and jelking between them. I saw no difference in size gain as a result of long sessions.

UpgradingUnit , Myangelzrod is on the right track. Read the Vacuum Pumping 101 thread. The very first post contains the routine that Myangelzrod describes.

Go with the low vacuum level as well, especially to start with.
