Pump repair
What’s everyone, I have quick question. I accidentally got some water in my Kaplan minivac pump. Since I’ve decided to give pumping a break for a month, in favor of other exercises (and to prevent burnout). I think this is a good time for a little maintenance on my pumping equipment.
I think my gauge is screwed from the water, and needs to be replaced. Can this be down with a gauge from an hvac supply store, or do I need to special order one from Kaplan? It seems simple enough. Just unscrew the old gauge, add some teflon tape to the new one and screw it in, but I just want to be sure.
