Not sure if this has been discussed but here it is. What is the highest pressure you have used and for what duration?

My first regime was -10inhg for 10 min twice daily; did that for probably a year. Now it’s -5 to -7inhg for 20 min twice daily. I have gone to -20 inhg for maybe a minute. I occasionally do that at the end of my cycle to see what, if any, additional length may come up.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I’ve got more experience with pumping, doing it on and off for the past 20 years. I began serious learning and PE routines about a year ago trying to combat ED.
The answer to the top question — 15 in, but only for a short time. That said, I rarely go over 10 in. Lately I’ve been experimenting with heat and cold — the heat obviously to increase pliability, the cold to cement gains.
Here’s my current routine: heat, rice sock for 5 minutes. 3-5 min of manual stretching — all angles — followed by a couple more minutes of heat. Then 10-15 minutes of hanging (my current weight is 9 lb). Then a couple minutes rest followed by about 50 jelqs to get blood moving and build up to about an 80 percent erection. Next do 15 to 20 minutes of pumping — I have 4 different cylinders, a 2 x 10 (general), 1.75 x 9 round ( I pack this one 2/3) so this is for length, a 2 x 9 oblong and a glans grower that’s got 2 widths, the base 5 inches are 2 in and the second 5, 2 1/2 in. This first set is heated (cylinder wrapped with a rice sock).
2 min @ 3 in
2 min @ 6 in
1 min @ 8 in
1 min back to 6 in
1 min @10 in
Repeat 3 to 5 cycles from 6 to 10 in
Warm down 3- 1 minute stepping down from 10 to 8 to 5 to 3.

Then immediately go to a cold pump for 10-12 minutes at 7-8 in. I keep one of the cylinders in the freezer and during the set wrap that cylinder in 2 flexible cold packs. The cold set is a new idea that I adapted from other contributors here — the idea behind the cold is to help cement the stretch. Lastly throw on a medium tight cock ring — I use silicone ones — for a half hour. You can go about your day with the ring, but don’t leave it on longer because it’ll cause edema and you want blood not water and body fluid.
I can’t say whether the cold helps — but I’m pretty excited that it’s going to. I’m so new to it, but it really seems to help keep the pump longer and I don’t notice as much turtling as would occur without the cold set and the flaccid hang seems to be improved. I’ll update in a month or so as I’ve found that’s about the minimum
Time needed to see results.
Right now I’m doing this routine 3, times a week, taking one day off completely, and 3 light days doing the following — 10 minute clamping sets (morning and evening), light hanging 5 lb for 10 minutes (again morning and evening) or 10 minute pump sets using the 2 x 10 cylinder at 6-8 in. I also do kegels and reverse kegels on the light days.

Mmhg or inhg ?

It has been heat and pumping at 5hg for multiple sets which has been beneficial for me.

Although I have pumped at higher pressures many times over, I have found that time under pressure yields the best results for me. I want to leave a pumping session with a worked penis but one ready to spring into action.

In general, upto 20 minutes and upto 5 hg will prevent excess edema. I did this twice a day for five years without any issues and gained over one inch in girth. I have continued to pump at these levels once a day for an additional four years with only slight additional gains.

It seems to me that the ones who have been most successful with pumping weren’t the ones using high pressure ie higher than 5, except for a very select few

I dont disagree with lapslap’s comment.

ThoughtfulGold had success with his high pressure pumping test. He does caution that it is for experienced pumpers only.

I have two cylinders. 1.75 x 9 & 2 x 9. I’ll do heat for 15 min prior to every workout. The 2 x 9 tube I’ll go -5 for 15 min then up to -10 for 5 min back to -5 for 10 min, 30 min total. Gets me fat big time. The 1.75 x 9 tube I’m more aggressive with. I’ll do -5 for 5 min then to -10 for 15 min then to -12 for 5 min back down to -5 for the final 5 min. I know this is a lot but the thing I’ve learned here is only do what feels good. Any discomfort abort! I’ve zero discomfort in fact it feels wonderful. This level of pressure in the 1.75 tube keeps me fat & hanging for hours. I do this twice daily & normally I’ll do the 1.75 tube in the mornings & the 2 x 9 tube at bed time. I wear an ox balls big bull doughnut ring after each session. I also wear a firm sleeve while pumping which prevents any discoloring & any edema. I’ve gained a half inch length in 7 months & an inch girth working this routine. It’s working for me.

I’m use to 8 to 10 inHG vacuum. When I get my next p shot with amniotic fluid I thought about going 10 to 15 on and off for the 10 min

I’ve also have two tubes, 1.75 x 9 and 2 x 9. I tend to use the 2 “ tube as I totally pack the 1.75 with a 5 5/8” MEG. I’ll go with 12 1/2 min at 5-6 HG with a few firegoat rolls for a couple of minutes then finish off with 12 1/2 minutes at 8-9 HG. I’ve been doing this routine for about two months, so no huge gains to report.
