Pump Pressure

I’m now up to 21Hg for 10 minutes in my last set. My first set is at 10Hg and my second is at 15Hg, all for 10 minute durations.

Since January, I’ve gained up to 1.75” in BEG, 1.35” in MSEG and a little over an inch in NBPEL. My glans is now also 2 inches wide.

And I’m still continuing to gain.

My thoughts is that high vacuum pressure pumping can be very effective and can dramatically speed up the rate of gains. However, you should only do it if:

1) Your unit is very conditioned to high vacuum pressures.

2) Your unit recovery time between sessions is VERY fast.

If you meet those criteria, then you should have no problems being successful in high vacuum pressure pumping.

If you don’t, stay well away from it and stick to lower pressures. Lower vacuum pressures with applied heat is also very effective, but much safer.

I wonder how much time did you take to build up to those kind of pressures? The Highest i went was probably 10hg and only for 1minute.

I just started pumping so your experience of gaining over an inch in length in 4 months would be ideal. I love your hyperlink too haha. Did you start pumping for the first time in Jan, and have you always used high pressure?

I started PEing in January this year, and just last week I hit 20Hg. The adaptation process was very fast going from 5Hg to 10Hg, which if I recall took only a month. But past that, it was much slower.

For me now, 10Hg is a warm up pressure which feels very comfortable and pleasurable. 15Hg is still somewhat comfortable, but not pleasurable. 21Hg is definitely neither comfortable or pleasurable. In fact, during my last set, I can’t wait to get out of that fucking cylinder and I’m constantly looking at the clock LOL! :D

But to continue growing at this pace, it’s necessary to up the ante otherwise my unit will get too used to the pressure and stop growing as fast. And I want to be done with PEing in hopefully another month or so when I hit my goal of 8.5x6.5x7.

I had some experience pumping over a decade ago, but I was nowhere as successful back then as I am now. I think the difference in results then compared to now can be traced back to me quitting smoking and drinking, and in general just being much healthier.

As for the pressure, I started at 4Hg to 5Hg and worked my way up. When I first started pumping in January, 5Hg felt like I had a big wheel truck attached to my dick. Now I don’t even bother with 5Hg anymore because I don’t feel anything from it.

So your unit definitely adapts, no doubts about it. The question is, how well and how fast. If your unit adapts and heals slow, then definitely do NOT attempt high vacuum pressure pumping because the potential for injury sky rockets when you increase the pressure.

That said, some guys can get discoloration, blood spots, swollen veins, and blisters from low pressures ie 4-5Hg. Everybody has a unique response to vacuum pumping. Some do well, and some don’t. For me it has worked exceptionally well, and I haven’t had a single injury or setback and I don’t use any wrapping or other protective measures other than a pump sleeve to ease the discomfort of the cylinder pressing into my groin.

The only negative PIs I have seen are one or two blood spots and weaker than normal erections post session. But that was a few months back. I haven’t had a blood spot in a long time, and my EQ now is very strong post session, and increases on my days off.

One question, how much length expansion do you get while under pressure? I’m 7” BPEL, but at 5.5 in. Hg I grew to 7.75” today. Do you also grow a half inch or longer?

If you’re stretching that much, then that’s a good sign. It means your suspensory ligament is responding well to the tugging. Eventually what you might find is that the .75” of extra length will become permanent. Also, the type of cylinder you’re using matters as well. If you’re primarily chasing length gains, then I would recommend a thickwall cylinder, as that puts a lot of force on the suspensory ligament since it digs deep into your groin.

As for how much length expansion I get, honestly I don’t know. My measurements while in the tube has never really interested me. The only thing I care about while my unit is in the tube is the overall expansion rate. I have fairly strict measurement requirements otherwise. For instance, I only measure on my second day off, as all of my temporary gains from pumping will have dissipated by then. And I never use cock rings, or factor in post session pump gains.

That’s the plan! I went with a VelSeal cylinder from pumptoys based off another user’s recommendation. Apparently they’re “high end”. It certainly looks and feels so. Also, the cylinder has a flange opening which is extremely comfortable even without the silicone seal.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about VelSeal cylinders, so whoever gave you that recommendation did you a favor. Thickwall cylinders on the other hand, while very effective for length and girth, are nowhere near as comfortable as what you are currently using.

In fact, if you ever get a thickwall cylinder, you will likely have to get a silicone pump sleeve (you can get some cheap ones on eBay and Amazon that work well); especially if you ever plan to try high vacuum pressure pumping. I’ve found that a pump sleeve is absolutely critical for high vacuum pressure pumping with a thickwall cylinder.

Without the sleeve, there is no way you can bear the extreme discomfort bordering on pain of that cylinder base digging into your groin. At normal pressures though ie 4-5Hg, it’s perfectly fine.

That seems like a very useful feature. Too bad most cylinder manufacturers don’t standardize it.

I also use the Velseal cylinder without the silicone seal. It is very comfortable that way and you get an accurate bone pressed length measurement while pumping.
My length typically increases 1/2” from the starting length inside the cylinder to the end of my 30-40 minute continuous routine. I start at 7.25” and finish at 7.75” with about a 1/2” girth increase to 6”.

My starting pressure is 3”hg and slowly increase that in increments up to 6”hg for the last 15 to 20 minutes of my routine.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

That’s interesting gprent. I’m having a hard time hitting my length gains it seems, and I’m wondering if it’s because I’m not spending enough time in the cylinder. My three consecutive 10 minute high pressure intervals works VERY well for girth, and I’ve gained a ton very easily. But length wise, my shaft hasn’t grown since probably last month. Any additional length increases I’ve had in that time have come from my glans getting larger.

I think that once I hit my girth targets of BEG 7.25” and MSEG 6.50”, I will focus on length and do a single 30 or 40 minute session at low pressure, ie 6 or 7 Hg to see if I can get my shaft to grow again.

Does your pumping routine consist of only one 30-40 minute set? I’ve found I get half an inch expansion within a couple minutes since I pretty much go straight to my working pressure of ~5 in.Hg.

A little prep work before my second p shot. I have been pumping at 4HG for 3 hours with 10 min break half way. P shot is Thursday so I have been doing this routine in the mornings since last Wednesday up to the time of the shot. In the evenings it just 10HG for 10 min. This time I’m adding amniotic fluid to the shot. Let’s see how this works.

Yes, just that one continuous set per day.
