For Girth, how frequent to pump? What pressure level?
Which yield best result? Alfernate day? One day once OR even twice?

Its seems like I m so difficult to gain girth… Even clamping and pumping routine

Think of it in terms of time. Acclimate yourself slowly to spending more time in the cylinder. Every couple of weeks see how you tolerate adding more time to your session (5 minutes). Use constant heat. Do one session of three sets a day and try and get two rest days a week.

I feel like, once again it should be said, there is no one schedule or routine or weekly regimen that will produce a similar result for different people. Start with a little time, under a low vacuum, and add time or sessions over a period of weeks, not days.

I pumped for twenty minutes twice a day at 5 hg. After six months I added a 45 minute session at 4 hg. After several years, I had gained over an inch in girth.

Hi, I noticed ur post even earlier. I m ur follower. I have tried to follow ur 45min routine, but I break into a few sets.

Ur 45 minutes session is ONE SET?
No heat applied ? The dick won’t got black?

*I have been Pumping ON & OFF for almost one yr, clamping 6 months.
* my dick didn’t expand much in girth in low pressure hg. (3-5hg)…

U are one of the big gainer. I have read many of ur posts.

If not wrong, ur girth gain is via clamping.
I also clamp 5 minutes X 3 sets

I was clamping and pumping for a while. It’s hard to tell what produced most of the girth gains.

I’ve been reading a lot of pumping threads lately and there doesn’t seem to be any consensus for best practices to gain girth. What some people say is that you need at least 30 minutes in the tube to get any real expansion. So maybe start at 12 minutes twice a day and each week increase by two minutes until you are doing one or two 30 minute sets a day.

Lately I’ve been doing some interval pumping of 15 minutes once a day for EQ and then later a 20-25 minute session of 4hG with the goal of increasing to 30 minutes of 5hG. Last week I did 30 minutes of 7hG one time but then got a lot of red spots and a donut. That was a mistake. My dick was huge but probably just full of fluid. So I decided to start with 4hG for 20 minutes and then gradually increase to 30 minutes.

Heh Halflife agree with you.

Been pumping on and off for ages both air pump vacutech and bathmate.. Whilst I can get huge expansion and pack both..
1. Its not permanent
2. Afterwards I get turtling therefore I don’t think its very beneficial.. Other than getting huge expansion at the cost of damaging my penis and filling with lymph fluid.

What I would like to know is how to incorporate the bathmate (don’t have the vacutech anymore
) into my new routine which is only jelqing.
