Pump Everyday or Take Rests?

As hanger’s know, it is important to hang everyday without rest so you don’t allow the collagen to heal and retract.

When pumping for girth we are also trying to deform the collagenous tissues by stretching the tunica outwards. It seems like it would also be a good idea to pump everyday, multiple sets per day to keep the tissue in a constant deformed state. Thoughts?

I’ve had great success with 15 minutes @ 4 hg daily. My style with pumping is gentle but consistent…

I have been going at 2.5-3 hg once a day for 15 mins. Thinking about bumping it up to 2-3 times a day.

I’ve weighed in on this before. My personal opinion is that I like to pump at least twice a day whenever possible: before bedtime to stretch things out before my overnight cycle of nocturnal erections, and in the morning, to stretch things out while they are still ‘warmed up’ from those overnight erections. And if I can work a cycle in sometime during the day, so much the better.

Adjust as needed to reflect your experience with PIs and negative EQ, of course.

EVERYDAY, there is no other way. My EQ stays tip top with around 2 or 3 10 minute sessions everyday.

Clubber what to do you think of this routine - sticking with my 3 on 2 off newbie routine, but including morning and night pump sessions everyday.

On days where I do my PE newbie routine I stick a 10 min pumping session in the middle of my jelqing session so: jelq 5 mins, pump 10-15 mins then jelq 10 mins.

I have days off depending on EQ but I do at least 2 sets of pumping when I do my PE routine. I think multiple sets of pumping spaced out through the day is ideal, at least for me anyway, I’d like to think the constant expansion throughout the day would be good for stretching the tunica and keeping it used to being stretched.

Sounds good. You won’t regret pumping everyday….the trick is to keep the pressure steady and to not go over 10 Hg.

I don’t plan on going over 3-4 Hg really. I think lower pressure and longer time would encourage a plastic response in the tissue.

I mean not to go over 10 Hg as a set standard to keep the penis healthier. I personally like 5 to 7 Hg….it gives me good length gains but I also pull and jerk the tube in a slow circular motion.

While we are on the subject, I don’t understand why rest days are ever encouraged with any form of PE. We are not trying to strengthen muscle here, we are deforming tissue. So rest is pretty much a move in the opposite direction.

Deform tissue too much and it becomes exactly that: Deformed.

It needs to rest to go back to a perfectly healthy state.

I haven’t PE’d steady enough to give a valid opinion.

As for rest days, I think that the skin, veins, capillaries, and nerves need a rest sometimes. There doesn’t seem to be any agreement about whether or not connective tissue needs a rest. According to other types of therapy, the connective tissue can be hit daily.
