Pump Discomfort

It isn’t unbearable but I would like some cushion at the base of my pump. Any ideas?

What kind of tube do you have?

I use a drinks bottle with the threaded end open, and I find the plastic moulding smooth enough not to dig in.

I just use a regular cylinder pump. It never came with a seal so I have just been using it without one.

You can get silicone pump sleeves I got one for the gaitor bite on my hydromax but it’d work as cushioning for a regular pump too I went to ebay for mine

A little expensive, but the silicone gasket from PumpToys is extremely comfortable. However, it requires a flanged or flared edge on the base. Though I have subsequently increased the size to accommodate my most recent cylinder, I am still using my original gasket I acquired five years ago.

Would it fit a 3.25” cylinder? Hope I typed that right. Mine is about 10” long and 3.25 in diameter. There is a reason I do not do math!!!
