Pump And jelqing

Helloz I’m planing to continue my PE next week. And I want to ask something, Does pumping help when you combine it with jelqing or clamping. I read lots of threads about it But NON gave me specific information about the exercise with the pumping. Didn’t find one to understand exactly what I really need to know. And if its good to pump what is the best combination of exercise to combine with it.

Second thing Is it really help a lot or a bit. Because I will have to make one pump my self, So I don’t want to go through this and pay money. And I get nothing in return.

I read in some search in google that its possible to get swelling from pumping from 1 to 2 inches and up. So I open this thread to know if it worth to handle this. And if I pump Will I still have erection To have intercourse or something.

I’ve stop PE for almost 3 weeks, Now I came back Craving So I need some help folks :D

Pumping is alternative to clamping, IMHO. To make one pump yourslef, well, you actaully just need a cylinder, to pump you can use your mouth.

Jelqing helps with any other exercise IMO; it is like grey colour for dressing, it goes well with everything.

Pumping is alternative to clamping! What about if you combine clamping and jelqing combination wouldn’t it be an ultimate for girth!

Clamping gives mostly base gains, jelqs mainly MSEG, so the combination makes sense. Anyway be cautious with clamping if you go for it, it can be very hard on your unit.

What does MSEG stand for again. I forgot

Bro I clamp for a long time and heavily, You can check my routine progress in its section. And Can you give me a Good combination with clamping jelqing pumping?

And I forgot something To ask you. Clamping give you girth for all the penis In my opinion, It stretch the entire penis. With full force of blood all over the penis. So can you explain how come it mainly give girth to the base?

By the way MSEG means Middle shaft erection girth.

I tried explaining this phenomeon elsewhere, I’m not going to repeat myself here. Whatever the explanation is, it is a fact that clamping give mostly girth gains at the base, similarly to hanging which is completely different exercise.

I think you have to make a choice between clamping and pumping. Jelqs are a ‘all in one exercise’ - kinda like dead lifts for weight training, if you get what I mean - so it is worth to add them with any other exercise.

Marinera I understand what is clamping, So no need to repeat it. I have read some posts from girtha. And maybe I read some of yours. I’m not trying to waste any one’s time, I just need to understand something.

I’m Trying to see what is more effective clamping or pumping here is the question when I combine it with 100 X 4 5 second jelqing. If clamping is better or pumping I want to know why. Thank you guys.

Out of curiosity, can I ask where are you from, Whynotbig?

I understand english very good. But when I want to do something my nature is to understand why. I clamp for a long time and heavy clamping. I don’t know anything about pumping, I read some information in pumping section. But There they just say its 1 2 3, But I didn’t find what I need to know Personally.

Ok. What I meant is: is well known that clamping gives mostly base girth gains, right under the area covered by the clamp - the reason why of that is not yet completely understood.

I do believe that adding pumping to clamping is like doing two times the same jobs, since they both tend to expand the penis.

Jelqs works in a somewhat different way - blood is not just pumped inside the penis, but ‘moved’, so the effect is different from pumping/clamping.

Which is better, clamping or pumping? No one knows for sure, some people gets better gains with clamping, other with pumping.

Adding jelqs helps in any case. How many? There isn’t a fixed number good for everyone: find the right number for you, starting from a few light jelqs and working up intensity and number of strokes, as long you notice a positive effect.

Very well said. So what I understand is the main job of clamping and pumping is to stretch the vessels. So when it heals It expand. In this case will Gain Some good length from pumping. I have to experiment it . :) I will take my option by mixing it lightly all together. Thank you for your reply
