I notice a strain on my balls on pumping. I stay 4 mm Hg with air pumping, sometimes 5 mmHg. I can pull them down and that helps but I think the heating pad is also an issue. Any tips? I know this is common and kind of expected. Just trying to reduce it, dont want it to be an issue later on.

What size cylinder? Sounds like cylinder may be a little too big?

I’m just fixing to blend pumping into my routine next month. So I’ve been doing much reading on it and from what I’ve read, that’s common when using too large of diameter cylinder.

Current 12/18/17: 7 1/2" BPEL & 5" MSEG

Goal: BPEL 9” & MSEG 6”

They arent sucking into the tube. They are pressing against it and I feel a strain. I have a cylinder one size smaller and I cant realky fit in it when erect.

By “pressing against it”, do you mean when you begin pumping? If so, that could still be them being pulled towards it.

Have you tried using the smaller cylinder when not fully erect?

Since your tube is snug, it is probably not a problem of too much scrotum getting sucked in.
Are your balls normally high up and tight, or hanging low and loose?

If your balls are tight, ie; a young guy, this is a pretty normal symptom. What happens is the pump pulls your penis into the tube, stretched longer, and that pulls your balls tight up to the tube where it can be uncomfortable.

You can pump with a bit less force, and it will all stretch over time. Also, try doing regular scrotum stretches to get your balls hanging lower. Some guys get ball-stretching devices, like a ring on the scrotum to stretch the balls down during the day.

How would it help to enter non erect? Check the best gainers from pumping…entering erect is crucial.

Thanks I agree. It seems normal that they would pull in somewhat. Will have to do more stretches.

Any one worried about the heat? I use a heating pad. Heat is bad for balls.

I’ve read several posts on guys that enter flaccid or semi and pump up to erection. They seem to have good results as well.

I had a similar problem, (I think) when I started pumping.

The way I’ve seemed to have worked around the problem is by doing this:

Firstly, I pump at my desk (don’t worry, I don’t work in an open plan office ;) ) which helps during the process.

While standing, I enter the cylinder as hard as possible, while stretching my ball sack down firmly with one hand, without causing pain.

I use the other hand to push the cylinder firmly in the pubic bone, and at the same time lifting it up so that the rim of the cylinder is push up against the bottom base of the penis.

I then use 2 fingers, to maintain the cylinder in place, while I use the other 2 fingers and thumb to pump the hand pump until I see the gauge start moving, and I’m sure the cylinder has a good seal. (Having 3 hands would definitely help).

I then rest the end of the cylinder on the desk, and take the 2 fingers away from the cylinder, so I can pump easier, as well as see the gauge better.

At all time, I’m holding the stretch on my ball sack, and don’t release the stretch until I’m at my starting vacuum of 3 Hg.

Then I sit down, and enjoy the ride.

A cylinder with flared base helped me when I had this problem.

If you have a flanged base edge and have about $35, you can get a thick silicon gasket at PumpToys which will protect your balls and make your overall pumping much more comfortable. Or, get a properly fitting VelSeal cylinder which includes the gasket.

I used a silicone sleeve (amazon $5-10) on my tube when I went up a size. Now I will wrap my scrotum with a wrist wrap when I use a higher vacuum. After I’ve pumped 10-15 minutes my base expands and I unwrap my testicles. I don’t like to leave my scrotum warped too long.
