Hey Guy’s, I was just going to give you a progress report on my pumping so far, It has been a little over a month pumping and in this time I’ve managed to go from 6 1/4 inches bpl to 6 3/4 inches bpl that’s a 1/2 inch so far following the instructions in Vacuum Pumping 101 but I do admit that I have started hanging with a bibstarter. It would have been 2 months pumping but for the last 3 weeks I’ve had to give up any type of PE for what I believe is a Thrombosed Vein no pain just a little sore and it’s hard for a half inch then it disappears into the shaft, I’ve been taking aspirin for it but if it’s done anything I can’t tell, it seem’s to be going away on it’s own. Anyway back to the pumping when I start back I’am going to start at 2 fifteen min sessions at 3.5 hg just to take it easy.

P.S. The bad Vein came from being to over zealous with the PJ device.

N2H, thanks very encouraging news, well done. Are u doing any jelquing or squeezing? Have you increased your time in the vacuum?

Hey Rolo, All my jelqing was done A.M. and all the pumping was done P.M., this helped me to not get in any trouble from jelqing after a pumping session. I also included manual stretching in to my workout’s but I followed the jelqing with the manual stretching just so you know. As for the increased time in the vacuum, no, I just go in for as much as it said in Vacuum Pumping 101. Hope this help’s :) .

Very nice gains…I got mixed feelings on pumping so I have put it
on hold. I got a few veins and things I didn’t like or know what they were and that kinda of worried me. I have done mostly
hanging and stretching and jelking I also do light hanging of 12oz-
16oz at least a few hours a day still working on more. So something had to go and pumping was it for now, damn stuff was
expensive too.. September 1, I will measure and hope for small
gain. I know with time it will happen. Good luck to you and don’t
overwork your unit because I know you got a full arsenal of PE stuff also~~N2

Thanks N2G, I’ve noticed after starting PE my veins are alot more visible than they were before but I like the look, sort of makes things look healthy down there. :) , As for the full arsenal of PE stuff, Yeah I’ve got it all, it seem’s when you just start out in PE you buy all the PE equipment you can find! LOL!! :D

N2H, what in your opinion would be the best way to incorporate the jelquing, I mean how many jelqs is sufficient?I have tried 250 and then pump, but I think this is too much, I am thinking 175 to 200 then pump for say ten minutes. Does anyone think this is too much or too little or just fine. I tend to find that with 250 jelqs and then pumping takes too long, that’s a one hour session with some stretching at the start.

I think your AM/PM routine is ideal, I would follow this also, however circumstances do not permit.

Hey Rolo, I did 250 jelq’s in the morning but it’s different for everyone, I’ve read post where they talk about doing 1,000 and more, anymore than 250 and my member feel’s beat up. You raise a good question ( what in your opinion would be the best way to incorporate the jelqing, I mean how many jelqs is sufficient? ) hopefully other’s will chime in about this, for me 250 was sufficient but if you think it’s to much then it might be different for you try 225, 200, 175, 150……etc and see what feel’s the best for you :) .

Now that I have decided that jelking was not the culprit of my discoloration problem after all (Horses were I’m pretty sure), I feel comfortable suggesting this with pumping:

Try 100 reps of jelks, then a short pump session, then another 100 jelks. If your cock still feels chipper and primed, try another 100, giving you 300 total for your session. In the beginning of PE I worked up to sets of 100 slowly, doing far less than that when I started PE.

As N2H says though, we all have different tissue constitutions. What works for him or me may not for you.

Avocet8 & N2H, i guess at the end of the day it’s what you feel comfortable with and what dick says to you. I tend to find that after 200 jelqs and 10 minutes my penis does not feel to beat up and I like that. More importantly is the way it is used to augment the pumping, I wonder if it better to jelq then pump, jelq & pump and so on or simply keep the two separate. I personally found it difficult to jelq after a pump as I felt that my cock lacked the rigidity to jeql, therefore I prefer to jelq and then pump. It would be very interesting to apply some scientific reasoning behind all this rather than trial & error.

When I first started pumping I did what everyone else said they did in their routine but found that if I listened to my member that’s when I got my best workouts, because I am different than everyone else and what worked for them didn’t work for me. As to your other question “I wonder if it better to jelq then pump, jelq & pump and so on or simply keep the two separate.” I found the best results for me came from keeping them separate but like I said earlier it’s different for everyone, Try different method’s and see whats best for you. N2H, good feedback, I think is the way to go.

I was wondering if any of you guys place your tube in hot water in between sets? The reason I ask is that when you come out of the tube your is dick is cold, I was thinking that if the tube was kept warm it would enhance the expansion. Alternatively, pumping in a bath would help also.

Hey Rolo, I don’t personally warm up my tube but if it works for you that’s fine :) , I just use the o’l rice sock method on my penis before my workout and after my workout. As for pumping in the bath my pump doesn’t work with water, but I’ve always wanted to try pumping in warm water :D .
