Praise the pump lord

Praise the pump lord

I’ve been following the vaccum 101 pumping schedule for the past month now, and including 8mins jelqing after each pump set.

Just measured this morning : Up to 5.25 girth midshaft from 5.1, and all in just a month. This is incredible for me, as I had been gaining no girth for about 4 months previous to starting pumping.

It’s fantastic, my erections are so much better, and my flaccid hang has improved greatly.

Anyone who’s sceptical of pumping, and feels a bit “Austin powers penis pump stereotype” buying one, trust me.It’s great.

Just wanted to share that with y’all.

Yes indeed karmaz!

I’ve been pumping for about 6 weeks now and have gained 0.3 inches in girth (no length, however)

My routine is basically

4 mins in the pump at pressure 5
Remove + jelq x 20

Repeat 5 times
Every day

I do no other forms of PE

Funnily, my length looks shorter to me, but measuring tells me it isn’t (it has stayed at 7 inches exactly), However, the 0.3 gain really “shows”, despite sounding quite modest. Girth (erect) now at 5.5 midshaft.

My erections are also way better and my flaccid is improved also (especially girth wise)

My only issue is that I am not seeing gains in the glans :( - my glans is now narrower than my shaft - does anyone know how to remedy this? Perhaps a “mushroom head pump”, but where can I get one that is inexpensive, but good?

Thanks guys and big up Karmaz :)

Advice guys?

I loved pumping when I started, about six months ago. It was almost all I did, other than stretching and jelquing in between sets. It’s still a great workout, but I now consider it a ‘medium’ level exercise, and almost a warm-up for clamping. I think you get quick initial results, then it tapers off or plateaus. As for head expansion, it’s difficult, and I believe the specialized tube is the only method, but I haven’t tried it myself.

Yes, it is a low to medium force technique (it can go very high force, but it is counterproductive).

If you keep your vacuum at or below 5 in hg, you can get good steady progress, especially if you add jelquing ala pumping 101.

As with any method, when you hit a plateau, you should try a deconditioning break, rather than pushing the vacuum up much past 5 in hg. Most of the pumping vets who have gotten excellent results report that the lower vacuum is far superior in the long run for gains. Its far better to add time, than keep pushing vacuum forces higher and higher.

I think the important thing to remember is high vacuum will give you a huge dick IN the tube, but you lose all of that and sometimes more after you get OUT of the tube.

Lower vacuum levels aren’t that impressive IN the tube, but will result in good steady, SAFE gains out of the tube.

Remember, this is living tissue, and if you stress it too much, it will result in inflammation, contraction and stiffening of the tissues…all bad news for PE.

If you go from pumping to clamping, you can see additional gains because of the much higher forces that are being used. However, when you hit a plateau from clamping…and you WILL…the decon break needed will be far longer.

Plus, I am of the mind that clamping will all but halt length gains until a long decon break is taken. Of course this is just my opinion.
