Post your pumping routine and what kind of results you have gotten from it

Pretty much what it reads above. I’d start by posting my own routine, but I’ve only been pumping for a little more than two weeks and I’m still in the experimental stage.

Anyway, let the posting begin.

I guess no pumpers here have a pumping routine?

Seriously, where is the contribution?

No, I’m on your side bro. I want to see people post their routines and honestly hear what kind of gains people have made. There is maybe only a handful of members that post their routines. Just curious about others we haven’t heard about in case they are out there

So what is your routine like Titleist? And what were your measurements before and after and how long did it eventually take you to get gains?

I apologize, bro. I thought you were being argumentative. Please excuse me.

On that note, there are very few pumping routines posted on this site, vacum pumping 101 being the most inclusive of them. If you go to the search engine and type “pumping routines” or simply “pumping”, you won’t find much. It’s like those bing commercials were everybody is on a zomby rant going on tangent after tangent to the original subject.

I follow Avocet8’s pumping for ED three times a week. At least twice a week I have a long session (30-45 minutes) at 5 Hg during the middle of the night which I follow up with a 20 minute water pumping session with my morning shower. I (and so does my wife) love the temporary gains; however, I have not attained any permanent gains to date.

About three months. ED improves off and on; however, my ED is caused by diabetes so there are a lot of factors effecting my situation in addition to pumping and PE exercises. Sorry for the delay, but I was off the forum for a week.

In my case my pumping routine has varied considerably over time, and it’s very difficult to separate pumping gains from all the other factors in my routine.

I use pumping as support for other PE, and feel that it helps circulation and EQ. I consider it to be valuable, but not the sole source of what gains I have made.

Take your time, pick a simple routine you can stick to, and be consistent in your efforts. Patience is the key.

Through the combination of time availability and experiment, I’m only doing pumping right now. In the beginning I went to a specific measure of inches of Hg. Now, I simply go by feel, gradually increasing the pressure throughout the session. Also, I gradually increase the session duration from one week to the next.

My flaccid hang has definitely increased and I’ve got some girth gains that I cannot for sure identify as being temporary or permanent. Also, my EQ has increased. All in all, it’s the best PE technique I have ever employed.

As I mentioned above, I’m only doing pumping at this time. Part of why I’m doing this is to evaluate the effectiveness of pumping. I’ll admit that I’m not being as scientific as I could, but this is to evaluate the effectiveness of pumping for me. That way, when I make gains, I have a much better idea as to what technique to attribute them to.
