Please make recommendations for my pump routine...

I recently started pumping. Going on 2 weeks now. The first week I had a 2 inch tube and realized it was too wide. I went down to a 1.75 and now I can pack the tube from base to head. Here’s what I do:

5 mins at 5hg
5 mins at 6hg
5 mins at 7hg
5 mins at 8hg
sometimes I’ll do a fifth session at 10gh.

Also, I’ll switch it up occaisionally and do 3 x 10min at 5-7hg

I’ll also mix in 50 wet jelqs occaisionally before the last set.

What I find:

In the tube, I’m thicker and larger than I ever imagined possible. I’m right at 7.1 inches BP, but I can get to 7.9 in BP in the tube(at 7-9hg), with my penis packing the tube all the way to the head. Unfortunately, as soon as I’m out of the tube, I go right back to ~7 in BP. Girth stays thicker for a while but evenutally goes back to normal as well.

I do get a good donut(fluid) in the inch just behind the head. I find its worse with the sessions where I jelq.

Questions:

1. I see alot of folks talk about lower hg. When I go at below 5hg, it doesn’t even feel like its doing anything, and I have a pretty good quality setup so I think the gauge is correct - Velseal tubes and brass pump/gauge from PumpToys. Should I go lower pressure for longer, or higher pressure for same/shorter?

2. I know we all want instant gains, but what should my expectations be for starting to see gains?

3. Is there anything the old pros would add to my routine?

Perhaps the first thing to point out is that with continued hig vacuum you will stretch the skin which may start to hang loosely on your penis and look pretty ugly - or horrible ugly as you prefer.

You may also find your penis looking a bit shapeless where it is being pulled out of alignment by the high vacuum.

Blood blisters are also caused by high Hg which can burst and become infected - It’s nice and warm and slightly moist down there .

Just because you can’t feel anything doesn’t mean that nothing is happening I’m sure gprent can add some better advice than I . So I’ll just conclude with go for the lower hg with longer sessions, but allow your penis a breather occasionally

Your routine sounds pretty cool!!

I am also pumping, jelqing and Uli; I guess you are right 5g doesn’t give pumping feeling!! I read “Dr Kaplan’s” advice and he recommends 5g- 10g.”try not go over 10g”

About the gains, it will starting become permanent after 6-12 weeks!!

I am also performing dry jelq (10min) and manual stretch (5min) once I woke up in the morning.
