permanent Gains?

Hi Pumpers,

I’m thinking about pumping but have a few questions:

Do you get permanent gains via pumping alone?. Also How much potential has pumping got for girth?

The problem is that this question is repeated time and time again, and although we all realise we have also been in the same boat (starting out), one gets tired of answering the same question or referring the asker to the search function. It’s nothing personal or hostile, but some days one doesn’t feel like repeating oneself.

When a question remains unanswered, it may be because no-one feels the have the right answer, or that the asker should be able to find the question himself, or perhaps they feel that another person may be able to provide a better answer. Or that the question was too vague.

How much have you read in the Pumpers forums? If you have read many post of the guys mentioned above, you may have already answered your questions, or perhaps you have specific doubts or questions to put forward.

Do you have a pump? What is your routine? Pressure? etc etc….

To rephrase then - to all pumpers I have a joel kaplan cylinder with pump and gauge, can anyone help me with a routine? i.e. pressure recommendations..etc also has anyone maintained permanent gains from pumping alone after stopping usinf the pump? The staff at Kaplan’s say that after pumping for a long period of time i.e. between 3 months and a year for max gains if you stop you will lose only 10% of your gain. Anyone have any experience to back this up?

Perhaps you are not seeing all the threads in this forum. Click the “usercp” button at the top of the page, then click options, find the “thread view” box and set it to “show all threads”.
