Penis pumps are not for newbies.
Do the manual newbie routine for at least 3 months before adding a device in. Then you will have enough knowledge about your penis to pursue more advanced devices.

Why not exhaust all newbie gains first? Newbie routine until gains platue for a good 4 months? Manual stretch, then slowly add hanging, after 2 or 3 months of hanging start using the pump to enhance EQ and after a few months start a light pump routine.
I have been PEing for about a year and a half and just added a twice a week “light” pumping routine. If I hit 5 HG my EQ is shot. If I go over two 10 min sessions my EQ is shot. I would like to think my unit is well conditioned and I still have to step into pumping lightly.
Starting Stats: BPEL = 5.875, EG = 4.375 <> Current Stats: BPEL = 7.25, EG = 4.6

- stick with manual newbie
- add pumping later when you are conditioned and “smarter” about PE
