Does Penis Pumps Actually Work?

There are so many reports and all of them of contradictory. I’ve tried researching here but I’m just wondering from the members if anyone of had any success and if so what type of pump and routine were you committed? Thanks

In my experience, I’ve had great success with pumping. But like with any exercise, doing one thing alone generally doesn’t yield good results - and if it does, they are very slow in progressing.

All devices are generally seen as supplements to some type of manual work, like stretching or jelqing. Be sure to maintain a solid manual routine and use the pump as an aide to that.

Started air pumping 2 weeks ago after 2 years of pe………since then ive gained 0.08 so nearly .1 of an inch so id say so!!! And that gain came from air pumping/jelqing/edging. Before this 2 weeks id been stuck at a plateau for months length wise!!! Girth has increased too although not measured that yet.

Pumping compliments any and all manual pe routine. By its self its not going to produce fast gains. But in my opinion it will produce gains when done correctly with the right times and pressure.

I have been pumping for over six years. I started with a 1.5” cylinder which took six months before I started to pack it. I just ordered a 2.25” cylinder because I started to pack half way up my 2” cylinder.

Now I can’t fit into my 1.5” cylinder unless I am well lubed and allow the vacuum to slowly pull my erection in and even then I can’t get the cylinder to move all the way to the base.

Un pumped, my MSEG is up over an inch.

So you say that you managed to grow an already what it seemed big cock into a porno cock just from pumping?

You seem to have curvature either congenital or peyronies. Has not that been affected. It should have been straightened.

What routine did you use? Should I ve pumbing 3 hours a day with 1 hour sessions to get results if possible?

I’ve been PEing for a little while now, I’ve never posted anything before but I’ve been reading a lot of great advise on this site. I pretty happy with my gains so far, like probably everyone I doubted PE at first, but I am know amazed by how well it can work ! It is about time that I start giving back..

I owe half of my gains to pumping mainly with water. It is for me the best instrument to PE, but it can also be the worst one. You really need to know how not to over do it.I’m pretty confident with my pumping routine, I know it works.
Of course it needs to be complimented with some proper manual exercises, I Mainly stretch, I would jelq all the time but it does give you foreskin gains as well ( I have all the foreskin I need already.) so unfortunately jelqing is out for me.
I am focusing on length right now, this is why more than half of my routine is stretching. I soon as I will get my BPEL goal ( in maybe 18-20 month ) I will probably only do pump routine as I incorporate some stretching in them anyway.

Know let’s get back to pumping, it feels good ( if it doesn’t, you’re doing it wrong ! )And it works. But I’m pretty sure it can also damage your penis like no other devise.. When you pump your penis expands very quickly to its maximum, after 5-10 minutes. After that you are just making your skin swell ! Especially if your are not use to pumping. The only thing I focus on when I pump is to get almost no skin swelling ! Not the growth ! I know I will get my penis in the best shape ever every time anyway.I’m pretty sure all you guys with experience know what I’m talking about.
The swelling of the skin is like synthol in bodybuilding !! It might give you some sort of idea of what it could feel and look like to get buff but it is in no way muscle ! It is bad for you, and it looks like crap !!
Pump until it start hurting a tiny tiny bit. Take your penis out of the pump do some firegoat rolls ( heard about them not to long ago, I which I did them since day one ! ) Stretch it in all directions, massage it until all the the swelling is gone, and then you are good for some more pumping.. If it doesn’t come back to an almost normal stage. STOP pumping !
After pumping my penis when erect is hard as hell ( and obviously bigger) yours should be as well, if it is bigger but kind off soft and red, your skin is all swollen !!

I started PE exactly 1 month ago. My routine involves stretching, jelqing and pumping. I have gained 0.25in length and 0.3in girth in that time. Most of that gain was in the first couple of weeks, and my impression is that it was mostly due to pumping. If you’re a newbie and have never done pumping I bet you’ll see some gains pretty quickly. So give it a go and see for yourself. Just be careful - don’t go far over 5inHg initially until you start to get to know your own limits.

I use an air pump with gauge, battery operated pump, and quick pressure release. Its easy to use, precise, and fun. I find when I’m pumped up I’m more sensitive as well - even more fun. Most of the gains from pumping are temporary, but there is always little bit of gain which is permanent I think. I know absolutely I have gained both from measurements, from how far I reach on the scale when in the pump, and just from look and feel.

My routine is to pump in roughly 1-2 min cycles, going to higher pressures each time until my size in the pump starts to decrease. At that point I know I’m getting flaccid. So I take it out and massage it back to full hardness. Then start pumping again. I find after the first pump I can usually gain more by quickly releasing the pressure while Kegeling, and then increasing the pressure again. I keep doing this until I stop gaining inside the pump. Then I’ll ‘milk’ my cock with the pump - this involves pulling on the pump slightly while Kegeling. This produces even more gain in the pump. Again, I keep doing this until my size starts to decrease, and then I know I’m getting flaccid again. So take it out, get back to full hardness and keep going. The max pressure I’ve used so far is 12inHg, for about 20 seconds.

I find its best to be fully hard when entering the pump. If you enter the pump even slightly soft, you’ll need more pressure to get to the same size. Basically, you get the best stretch when you’re completely hard.

I recently started taking Arginine, 0.5g pills, about an hour or two before a PE session or sex. They really seem to work - they make you harder for longer. If I take one before going to sleep I’ll often wake up with a massive woody that won’t go down for ages. And they keep me hard during sex for as long as I want (I’m 45, so keeping it up for the duration is sometimes an issue). And they’re great for pumping as well - I can keep cycling the pressure and using the pump for ages before I know I’ve maxed out and its time to stop. Highly recommended.

Yes. Pumping has been the main source of growth for me.

My curve is up. My cock rolls over on it s side due to a much smaller testicle on the right side.

Start pumping with 5-10 minute sets. Start with one set for a week. Make sure you’re using constant heat.

As you become more conditioned. You can add time. Keep the pressure around 5hg or less for the first few months.

I’ve been pumping for 2 weeks with my vacutech and its been great so far. I’ve not measured officially but sure I’ve gained .1 or close to in length. I’m looking to increase my routine soon and I’m not sure the most effective way to is.

I’m not feeling fatigued and I’ve done that exact routine for 14days straight no problem and eq has increased.

What could anybody recommend? Increasing pump time?pressure? Add 1 set of clamping?

Looks like a solid routine to me, just need to wait and let it grow.

I wouldn’t change much, maybe some stretching and more pump time and pressure if you can cope with it..

If you hold on to this routine for a year you will see some serious progress !!
