Penis Length while pumping...

… as compared to BPEL, I measure 7.5 inches BPEL on a good day, but with the home made pump described in this forum section, and with 5 inches of vacuum, measured slightly over 6 inches inside the tube on my first session - is this typical, or maybe depends on the sealing method at the base? I’m using the 2 inch diameter clear tube with my own design donut base pad sealer, should have gone larger since I already fill that, but maybe I’ll focus on length for now since that is what I’m really after at this point.

Your donut sealer may be taking some of that length. I find that I see more length in the tube (mine has a clear “ruler” tape on the side) with each subsequent session when doing three 10 minute sessions in a row.

I am pretty sure variance of design and sealing at the base of the tube can make a significant difference in how much goes up the tube - the donut gadget I use is a vinyl coated metalic ring about 3/8 inch in diameter and 1 3/4 inches in overall inner diameter of the ring itself - sold at sports stores for leg and arm weights, and in varying diameters. I have that secured with JB weld to the bottom of the tube, and then used silicon sealant to smooth the transition inside and out - it’s very comfortable, and definitely keeps the tube on the shaft, and my balls out!
