Penis Head Cylinder in the UK

Hi All,

Has anyone made or purchased a penis cylinder for just the glans, I’m trying to pump up my head.
There seems to be quite a few in the US, but I’m a bit nervous in getting items sent across.

I have one. It works great. My head looks amazing, it gets about 10 times normal size.
