Round 5: High heat, long massage manually approach

The difference in today’s routine is that I warmed the tube for about 15 minutes or so before getting in it. Massaged for about 15 minutes also. Also, longer edging session used to prep for session. Now, to the technical notes.

Routine Notes

1. Edge for around an hour. Using Coconut oil for this

2. Go flaccid mostly and massage the left side of the shaft (my problem CC) for around 15 minutes with my fingertips. Tissue seemed worked, softer afterwards.

3. While massaging tissue, warm tube wrapped in heating pad for 15 minutes. 2” tube as usual here.

4. Lube with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Hold tube and heating pad with left hand as pressure is started.

5. For first 60 seconds, cycling between just under 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 2 seconds, down was around 1 second.

6. For following 120 seconds cycling between just under 5HG (0 holes covered) and just over 15HG (3 holes covered). Up cycles were around 2 seconds. Down cycles varied between 1 and 2 seconds. Also some up cycles of 12HG or so at 3 or so seconds mixed in, by feel.

7. For 30 seconds assess tube pack at 15HG, cycling up and down just a few times to get an idea of progress. Just about 3.75” packed, marked at 8.5” or so at max stretch length on tube markings. Tube is not 100% stable, as I do hold it away from my body in left hand somewhat to avoid cylinder bite.

8. Massage, edging and lazy stretching warmdown.

Other Notes

1. Very nice warm, well worked sensation. Good feelings, not euphoric but good enough. Felt the warm tugging warmth feeling around the 2 minute mark today in the center of the shaft again.

2. Temp flaccid gains are mild but stay a while. I see around 1/8” MSEG (which is cuz it don’t like to inflate) and around .5” in length for flaccid length. Erect, nothing that cannot be ruled out of fluctuation range.

3. I like this cycling style I think.

4. Incorporating an old idea I used to use that, according to vernacular now, is an advanced ‘stayer’ concept. I will start a thread and post on the usage of it also. Ordered needed parts, should be here by the end of the week, I would say.

5. I may stick with incidental 1 day on, 1 day off or try and salvage 2 days on, 1 day off. Unclear. Schedule is just fluctuating.

Thanks for the update. It’s good to see you getting it dialed in, AND starting to “like” the new pumping style. That’s a great sign from someone with your PE experience because you know when you are in the gains zone.

I’m there now. I can feel it. I don’t need to ride it higher or harder. Once I hit 5 or 10 minutes I’ll hold there for a while. So tomorrow I’ll hit 4 minutes. Run that a few sets. Hit 5 then run that a week and start walking it up depending on the PIs.

Round 6: Higher Heat, massage approach

I got distracted and was messing with my phone, so the heating of the tube went on longer than usual. Not uncomfortable. Maybe even more productive, honestly. But holding the pad around the tube became problematic, as the pad was hot enough that it was uncomfortable to my fingertips this time around. Technical notes!

Routine notes

1. Edge for at least 60 minutes. Using coconut oil for this.

2. Start heating the cylinder. I used my 2” again.

3. Massage the penis for myofascial unlocking purposes. I did it mostly flaccid . I stretched and massaged one side while doing an A-bend against the curve, forcing the convex side of my penis outward and applying manipulation to my left CC for approximately 10 minutes. Not 10 minutes while stretched, that was merely part of the time spent massaging. You pick that by feel, I did about 90 seconds of manipulations in A-Bend formation.

4. Enter the tube flaccid. The tube is notably warm but not uncomfortable to the underside of the penis. I warm up for 60 seconds cycling between around 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG(2 holes covered) going up for about 2 seconds and down for 1-2 seconds.

5. For 3 minutes and 30 seconds I cycle between 7.5HG (2 holes covered) and 15.2HG (3 holes covered). Adjusting my grip a few times, I cycled from 5HG (0 holes covered) upward also. Up cycles were 2-3 seconds and down cycles were 2-3 seconds.

6. For 30 seconds I cycled up and down about 4 times, a few seconds with the cylinder to the pubic bone, to see where I land. I did not note pack area but I went up to 8.75” in the tube today during my assessment.

7. Warmdown, massaging, light stretching and edging to full erection.

Other notes

1. Euphoria is back.

2. No post pump gains to report except base girth by a small margin, maybe a touch light on the workout.

3. No warm feeling mid workout, which could have been due to being unable to sense that due to heat of tube. Another sign of too light a workout, perhaps.

4. Great EQ after.

5. Liking the 1 day on 1 day off system.

**6. Edging after a nap 3 hours later and my MSEG measures 15.9cm or 6.25” very interesting, several measurements taken, ranging from 15.9 to 16.1cm

I let a day slip by. Too much masturbation, not enough downtime to PE combined with very busy day. Ah well. Routine Notes!

Routine Notes

1. Edge for around an hour. Like 45 minutes today. Coconut oil used as lubrication.

2. Go mostly erect with some flaccid A-bends done with my axe handle across my legs and massage the left side of the shaft (my problem CC) for around 20 minutes (off and on with more edging) with my fingertips.

3. While massaging tissue, warmed tube wrapped in heating pad for 21 minutes. 2” tube as usual here.

4. Lube with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Hold tube and heating pad with left hand as pressure is started.

5. For first 60 seconds, cycling between just under 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 2 seconds, down was around 1 second.

6. For 120 seconds cycling between just under 5HG (0 holes covered) and just over 16HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 2-3 seconds. Down times were 3 seconds.

7. For 60 seconds cycled between full vacuum (4 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up times were up to 2 seconds. Down times were between 5 and 10 seconds.

8. For 30 seconds cycled to check maximum length in tube. Appears to be 8.5 or just shy of 8.75” today.

Round 8: Standard approach-2 consecutive days

Was motivated enough to do a session this morning before starting my day. Masturbated afterwards but felt better post hang and after the warmup. 1 on, 1 off with maybe 2 sets in a day (since I’m keeping them short) may be key or extending the sessions perhaps. I don’t want to run them too long, too fast.

Routine Notes

1. Edge for around an hour. Like 45 minutes today. Coconut oil used.

2. Go mostly erect with some flaccid fulcrum bending with my glans and shaft in my right fist with a twist to push the left side of my shaft out and upwards and massage the left side of the shaft (my problem CC) for around 20 minutes (off and on with more edging) with my fingertips.

3. While massaging tissue, warmed tube wrapped in heating pad for 13 minutes. 2” tube as usual here.

4. Lube with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Hold tube and heating pad with left hand as pressure is started.

5. For first 60 seconds, cycling between just under 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 1-2 seconds, down was around 1 second.

6. For 120 seconds cycling between just under 5HG (0 holes covered) and just over 16HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 2-3 seconds. Down times were 2-3 seconds.

1. Very nice warm, well worked sensation. No extreme good feelings though. I feel edging was sub par this morning. Felt the warm tugging warmth feeling around the 2:11 mark today in the center of the shaft again. It is a very common feel after about a minute of pulsing with the 15HG.

2. Temp gains up to 6.22” MSEG. This, it suggests that some level of consecutive play is warranted and I don’t know if twice in 24 hours is it or 2 days on, 1 day off is it. Still pinning that down.

How is the feel when pumping? Any discomfort?

And are there any signs of post training tenderness etc? That’s normally a good indicator that your flesh is being pushed to a new size and is undergoing changes.

It only gets uncomfortable if I hold full vacuum for more than 2.5 seconds.

No post training tenderness yet. Should I push intensity and go higher HG/longer up cycles? Or longer sessions, same rhythm to achieve this?

It’s still early days and I wouldn’t push the intensity too much just yet. It should be starting to soften up your tunica and length limiting tissues/tendons etc and and that softening will probably take a few days to build up. So rather than jump up the intensity I suggest you give it a couple more days and look for the soreness indicator slowly building up by itself.

If that hasn’t happened in a few days then to raise intensity I would gently start adding in an extra minute here and there, and again allowing days to sense if that soreness occurs. I don’t think you need to increase the vacuum, in fact I would be avoiding the full vacuum setting and be working with your 7 and 15 Hg settings until you dial in just a mild reliable tenderness, and are doing 20+ minutes pumping. And at that point you will probably need less manual work because you don’t want to risk toughening things up by overtraining. :)

Alright. Duration it is. I’ll remove the full vacuum pulses for the foreseeable future.

Round 10: Standard Approach/Xsleeve, with rings/no weight worn after

Today, amping up resting pressures a bit more. Dropped 1 minute off of my previous time due to a perceived increase in work.

I edged to thoughts of my partner for an hour instead of porn. She is a wonderful, smart gal. Gets me working in the best ways, mentally and sexually. She is glad to be a part of my PE endeavors. Routine notes!

Routine Notes

1. Edge for around an hour. More like 90 minutes, today. Sexting with my partner after a nice night last night. Coconut oil used.

2. While erect, perform some massaging for myofascial unlocking purposes with my finger tips. I am mostly erect and poking and mildly massaging and squeezing my fully erect left Cavernous Cavernosum for this. Did some flaccid massaging as well. This was around 18 minutes

3. While massaging tissue, warmed tube wrapped in heating pad for 18 minutes. 2” tube as usual here.

4. Lube with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Hold tube and heating pad with left hand as pressure is started.

5. For first 60 seconds, cycling between just under 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 3 seconds, down was around 2 seconds.

6. For 60 seconds cycling between just under 7.5HG (2 holes covered) and just over 16HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 2-3 seconds. Down times were 3 seconds.

7. For 120 seconds cycled between 15HG (3 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up times were up to 3 seconds. Down times were 2 seconds.

8. For 60 seconds cycled in the following set:

Full Vacuum for an instant
15HG 1-1.5 seconds,
7.5HG for 2 seconds
and 5HG for 5 seconds

Basically working it up at high speed and walking the pressure back down, for about 5 or 6 cycles.

Other Notes

1. Warm, worked feeling afterwards. 6.5”NBP measurement.

2. At full vacuum, even for an instant, going back down to 15HG some of the length in the tube stays where it was at full vacuum. That was the experiment I was checking with the last cycle.

3. At 15HG no longer *need* to milk the tube away from body for comfort. Probably gonna develop more toughness for more pressure as it goes on.

4. Xsleeve worn with base and glans rings, no weight. Time set for 5-6 hours. Keeping to that range.

5. Ordered industrial thickness ring for base purposes, suspect the ability to set it and it not distend like my current ring may be useful.

Round 11: Standard Approach-No ADS use/Orgasm after

This session I wasn’t sure I would do. The last couple of days I’ve been lethargic and this session came right before bed late at night. I had already missed a scheduled day yesterday and was annoyed about it…so this session was kind of a gimme.

Routine Notes

1. Edge for around an hour. More like 70 minutes, tonight. Coconut oil used for edging purposes.

2. While erect, perform some massaging for myofascial unlocking purposes with my finger tips. I am mostly erect and poking and mildly massaging and squeezing my fully erect left Cavernous Cavernosum for this. Did some flaccid massaging as well. This was around 18 minutes

3. While massaging tissue, warmed tube wrapped in heating pad for 18 minutes. 2” tube as usual here.

4. Lube with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Hold tube and heating pad with left hand as pressure is started.

5. For first 60 seconds, cycling between just under 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 3 seconds, down was around 2 seconds. I mixed in some pulses at 15HG as well, a second or two on the up cycles.

6. For 60 seconds cycling between just under 7.5HG (2 holes covered) and just over 16HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 2-3 seconds. Down times were 3 seconds.

7. For 120 seconds cycled between 15HG (3 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up times were up to 3-4 seconds. Down times were 2-3 seconds. During the up cycle, I would sometimes cover all holes for full vacuum of a fraction of a second, then uncover them to 3, then to 2 so pressure wouldn’t drop below 7.5HG.

8. For 60 seconds cycling between full vacuum and 15HG and 7.5HG using 1 second for full, 2 seconds for 15HG and 3 or 4 seconds for 7.5HG.

9. For 60 seconds cycling between full vacuum 2 seconds, 15HG 3 seconds, down time 3-5 seconds at 7.5HG.

10. Freestyle pulsing to see maximum length. Marked at 8.75 under full vacuum. 4.25” of tube packed at full vacuum counting from left side. Total time 53 seconds.

Other notes

1. I hit my stride. Right around 2:40 I started feeling that worked feeling and I think it is the higher pressure, shorter cycles that get that worked feeling inside of the penis. Loved the post workout. Euphoria returned and it caused me to orgasm, inadverdantly trying to get post pump measurements.

2. Post pump MSEG was 15.9cm or 6.25” easy. Glans erect state has a new level of fullness on the topside of the tip. Not where the front contact surface is but the top, where it meets the eye and camera is now fuller. Glans length was easily above 2” post pump. Glans width right at 2 or so. Hoping this leads to glans gains in length and girth.

3. Need to get this routine running during the day so i can use an ADS and preserve these post pump gains.

4. No more milking the tube. Cylinder bite is now bearable enough that a seal isn’t required. I wish I hadn’t paid the money for the one I couldn’t even fit on this tube.

5. Starting to wish for an IR heating pad.

6. Orgasm post session was unplanned but explosive. As in shooting cum a few feet away in shots like out of a porn. Decidedly unlike me.

Those post-pump symptoms sound promising! Excellent results.

Re your stopping milking the tube; some light milking every now and then is good for letting the skin settle into a comfortable position, that will be more important once your girth expands a bit and your skin starts sticking or even jamming to the tube walls. Also, occasional milking takes the pinch off blood and lymph vessels at the shaft base so will help promote circulation and reduce thrombosis and lymph clogging. So it’s a good habit to have even if the most benefit will probably come later.

How are you going with the tube packing? Once you get snug in the tube the CCs will be well supported and the length pull force will increase and get more effective for straightening your curve. It’s handy to log your time to pack the tube, once that time gets down to the first couple of minutes the magic really starts.

It’s great to see you getting good indicators. I think you still need more training frequency, more pump minutes, and (likely) less vacuum strength (because tissues will soften up further). But I understand you are still in the early stages of conditioning and taking the time to dial in more intensity so it might still be a few weeks to ramp that up.

I have a lot of long term pump conditioning. Less than 8Hg does not offer much unless i sustain it long periods. A fair bit of this is feel, and working lower pressures did not offer much by way of PIs in this format.

I probably will work at minutes now, since pressure patterns are yielding PIs I want and optimum minutes is in the 10-15 range for me or so I project. I figure at the 10-15 minute mark I’ll have tripled my average tube times from here and can generate lasting change in a reasonable time span.

Packing of the base is immediate. Up to 3.5 inches, unsure. Obscured by the heating pad at the time as I hold it around the tube. I did not think to make note of it.

It’s handy to log your time to pack the tube, once that time gets down to the first couple of minutes the magic really starts.

It’s great to see you getting good indicators. I think you still need more training frequency, more pump minutes, and (likely) less vacuum strength (because tissues will soften up further). But I understand you are still in the early stages of conditioning and taking the time to dial in more intensity so it might still be a few weeks to ramp that up.
