PE/Pumping and pain during sex

Hi all,

I just started pumping, doing a newbie routine with 10 minutes of pumping on a 2 day on/1 day off routine, with some moments of 1 day on 1 day off. I did this for about 2 months now. Before this routine I did the newbie routine without pumping for about half a year - 1 year.

I was abroad and was just doing PE and everything seemed to be fine. I had no negative PI’s except that when I masturbated 2 times my penis got relatively more soar. EQ was very good, and I did not notice any discolorization etc.

Now one week ago I came back to my home country and met with my girlfriend. After about having sex 3 times that night I started noticing my penis (and especially it seems to be the top layer…either skin or the layer below that) being extremely painful. When I was done with sex it felt like my penis was kind of on-fire and even her tongue and lips would hurt on them. The next few days it still hurt but the pain got less and less.

Fastforward 4 days (without PE), my penis is OK again and it does not hurt during/after sex.

I really wonder what I messed up. I used a completely conservative approach, stopping at the slightest hint of pain during PE. I used 10 minutes of pumping with only a pressure of 3 HG.

How should I continue PE if apparently my penis is getting messed up from even this low routine, and more importantly the PI signs are positive (EQ, morning wood, no discomfort etc), but during sex/active use of the penis it seems that the penis is definitely bruised/overworked/soar that sex (and more importantly after sex) my penis hurts.

I sometimes saliva causes an allergic reaction on the surface of your dick.

That never happened before in all my years of sex. There is no other reason this happened than pumping.

Sounds more like you were having no trouble with PE or Pumping, had sex a few times and had an issue. From your description it’s more related to having sex. Was this 3 times all in one day, over a period of a week? Use condoms? Your girl do anything different. You were just back so maybe she did something to smell good that irritated your skin. There’s lots of possibilities here based on your description, but I don’t see any of them pointing toward PE or Pumping, so I’m not sure what is causing you to lean that direction.
