own pump, need suggestions

I’ve had a high end pump for a few years (Kaplan) I’ve got a long tube, a wide one and a head tube. I tried pumping for a year straight five days a week and never saw any gains. Do you think I should try it again since I’ve been jelquing and using the penimaster?

Try combining pumping alternatively with your manual exercises. Do manual for a short while, then pump, then manual, etc. all in the same workout session.

What are you trying to get? Length, girth, or both?

Vacuum Pumping 101 is an excellent start to reexamine pumping in general. See what you were doing different and correct it. Some people don’t like Kaplan pumps cause they are tapered some how. I never pumped but I think they thin out at the head/end. You have a pricy investment with a Kaplan, so let us see what we can do to make it better vs going out and getting a new pump for a hundred plus bucks. I think low pressure is the way to work it really and help cement those gains by it.

Thanks for the advice. Advocet8, I’ll try what you said. By the way, I’ll settle for any gains. I’ve seen some gains in girth but should measure for certain. Here’s my routine. If anyone has advice. I’d appreciate it.

5 days a week:
Penimaster 3-5 hours in the daytime. Manual and some Power-jelqs before shower at night (manual - 3 sets of 100, PJ - 2 sets of 20) I get hard too fast to do anymore PJelqs. Thinking about introducing the pump a couple times a week for good measure.
Critiques, advice - anyone????
