Is this site really good for pumpers? Just curious about that one. Ok, well, I have read a lot, and was wondering, for the guys who first started, what materials did you use to help you understand pumping? Anything good?
What was your greatest gains? Finally, where can I get pumps in Toronto, Canada?

Pumping

My main exercises have been pumping and jelqing. Over several rather inconsistent years I have gone from 6X5 to 7.25X5.75. Right now I am concentrating on lower pressure pump routines in the 4-5 in hg range and strong kegeling while pumping and tube milking. Either 2 or 3 15 minute pump sessions per workout with girth blasters/jelqing in between sets and at the end.

Yes, I have seen the site, but a friend of mine is going down tto Toronto, so i was thinking he can buy a pump for me, from any store there.
