Note to my past self: Get a cylinder that fits

Note to my past self: Get a cylinder that fits

Time and time again I find people comparing the force of the vacuum they are applying and though this might be relevant information.

I have previously used two cheap sex-shop-20€-pumps, each had a gauge. Both cylinders were much too big, I wasn’t even packing them at the base.
With both I have felt fairly comfortable with a vacuum between 10 and 20 in/hg (increasing and decreasing the vacuum every few minutes).
Now, I suspect I have a fairly tough dick due to 20 years of pornography addiction and an hour of high pressure masturbation each day (I have stopped), but taking into consideration that most people with some seniority here seem to suggest pumping at between 2 and 5 in/hg.. 20 in/hg still seems excessive.

Then I got a cylinder that fit me and it is one with the no-bragging-diameter of 1.75 “. And the highest quality pump I have owned so far, it’s a pistol grip metal pump with a gauge.
And wouldn’t you know it.. Suddenly pumping 5 - 7 in/hg seems like a workout.

Same dick. Same workout. 1/4 of the vacuum.

So if I could tell my past self one thing on pumping, it would be: If you’re going to to it, get a decent pump and gauge with a cylinder that fits and then don’t go overboard on the pressure, jackass. ;)

Oversize cylinders are the biggest reason that pump sellers make money. Cuz the first one, two or even 3 cylinders a single person will buy will not fit. Especially with the shitty guides that they use. And the bragging effect that every man subconsciously wants to do. I still have a cylinder that doesn’t fit, even after 3 years of gains!

Edit: Also, proper pressure is why I couldn’t get pumping to work for a long ass time. Though my expansion rates in tubes that fit were poor due to a lack of conditioning.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Been at those shoes as well. Way before my registration here, acquired myself one expensive pump that sells here. Cylinder appeared to be thick enough to survive for decades, had an gauge attached to the cylinder but the hose and the pistol, they were awful.

Since no sellers attend themselves to a proper product description, when I got my hand on it, was facing a jumbo hole to insert my penis into. Back them, with zero knowledge, no guidance and eager to spot a growth over night, pumped for about 20 minutes per day at 10” Hg. Had to use one hand to avoid my testicles to get sucked in and at the end of the session, was all about edema fluid. After few weeks, without any reason, gave up everything for a while.

Some years later, men up and decided to do it right this time. Landed up here, newbie routine and eventually gave another go on the pump, with knowledge and guidance this time. Got the cylinder for my size and with way less pressure and time, now I can say that is finally working.

Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

Hmmm it’s like I was meant to see this, just started pumping not too long ago but I only have a cheap sex shop pump, it was less than $20 and doesn’t have a guage even. I like this pump though I think seem to be having good gains it always feels good and I always back right off if I feel any sort of pain or start to get that bulge at the bottom of my dick. I also like it not having a gauge for in the shower. But I know I’ll eventual have to move up to an expensive one

Gaining in progress...

I also started pumping with an oversized sex store pump but luckily saw the light and quickly ordered a quality 1.5” cylinder and Harbor Freight brake bleeder. Subsequently, replaced it with a 1.5” elongated cylinder which was replaced by a 1.75” cylinder, followed by a 1.75” elongated cylinder, and now a 2.25” cylinder. All this over a span of six years.

My advice: Move up in size slowly and you will make gains more effectively. Baby steps are better than giant steps.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Yup, same thing here. Got a cylinder that fits and it is night and day difference. So much more comfortable. Less ball sucking.

By the way, if any of you have issues with balls getting sucked in even with smaller cylinders, try using water. I have a brake bleeder pump and it works fine with it.

Water works better for less ball sucking because there is no volume inside the cylinder for your ball sack to replace.

Starting Stats: BPEL 5.5" EG 4.4" -- Current: BPEL 6.9" EG 4.95" -- Short Term Goal BPEL 7", EG 5.25" -- Ultimate Goal : BPEL 7.5" EG 5.75"

Hi everyone. I just received yesterday my first pump, a sex shop pump with no vacuometer, a pipedream beginner’s power pump, the cylinder is 2 1/8” ID and 7 1/2” Long, I believe the cylinder is okay for my 5.75”x5.5” unit.. So yesterday I began pumping, I made many 5-10 min series, With water, With no water, and everything was ok. Then I decided to take a shower while water pumping, suddenly realized my Dick was turning blue so I released the pressure and took off the cylinder, thanks god everything is fine but it was a little scary. Now I know I have to be more careful with vacuum and that I have to buy my brake bleeder pump, I wish I could find an inexpensive one in my country.

I recently bought a pump from a generic store that was WAY to big for me. Kept trying to suck my balls up and overall wasn’t a fun and slightly painful experience.

Does anyone know where I can get a good pump that fits? I own a bathmate, and personally dislike that device very much (more so than the too large pump I just purchased).

Appreciate any advice. I’m located in UK.

Look for a brake bleeder pump kit. They come with gauge, hose, a liquid trap and some connectors, then you have to find an acetal male coupler that fit in the hose and the cylinder female coupler.
