Not sure which cylinder to buy and where.

I seen the kaplan cylinder on ebay, which is 9” by 3”. Hard, I am over 8”, and over 6” girth, i’m not really sure if this is the right tube for me? i want both wider, and longer, since the homemade pump now i have i fill the tube girthwise quite easily, and i’m only 1/2” away from the length of the tube(fishtank gravel cleaner). About what size should i be looking at? i’d really like a cylinder that has the attachment that I can unhook the pump, and just leave the tube on.

A common complaint of the Kaplan cylinders is that they are tapered toward the glans end. This may make sense for men who have conically shaped cocks but not for those with a fatter glans. I don’t know why they made this design feature; maybe somebody can tell me.

At 6” girth, a 3” diameter tube is too large. Consider a 2.25” max diameter although a 2” diameter will do you for now. You could consider getting both if you can afford that and do “stage pumping:” starting first with the 2.00” and then moving up to the 2.25” in the same pump session.
