Hey guys,

I’ve been pumping now for about a year and I am barely seeing any gains and I dont know what Im doing wrong or maybe it’s the pump itself?
I bought a cheap pump from ebay for about $50
when i first started I was doing stretching for a couple minutes, 10mins pump, and then jelqing
After a few months i increased the pumping to 15-20 minutes.
Now on a regular im stretching, pumping for 20 minutes, jelqing 5 mins, and clamping for 10mins.
I started clamping maybe a few months ago as I heard it helps with increasing girth.
I try to PE everyday but there are times where I can or i’ll be gone to a chicks house or something.

But overall its been a year and im not seeing any gains like Id hope.
please help and give some advice/opinions!

Are you using constant heat? What pressure are you using?

When you say constant heat, do you mean just when you’re in the cylinder or throughout the day?

like Ret76 said, what do you mean with constant heat?
The only heat i used to apply was a hot/warm washcloth around my penis before stretching and putting into the pump.
Pressure I use is mostly 5hg, every 5 minutes or so I’ll go past it for just 30seconds or so and then back down to 5hg. I remember seeing a post of a guy doing this and I adopted it

Try wrapping the cylinder with a heating pad to provide constant heat.

I’m assuming this is part of your daily regiment
How long does it take to normally see some kind of gains?

One thing i need to start doing is measuring myself and keep some kind of journal to see if any progressions.

Why don’t you start by taking a decon break for a few weeks, meaning stop all PE. Then start back with some manuals with a light pump session with constant heat. My thinking is you need to reset your PE

How are our PI’s? More erections, harder, less? How do you jelq? There are good posts on what good jelqs are if you search for them (tntjockey, memento). Fulcrum stretches with heat before a girth workout has helped some, but you need to know how to stretch (marinera, firegoat (I know right?!) have good posts on this topic).

What kinda Temperature are you at using a Heating Pad ?

i bought this off of amazon, and like Titleist said, i wrapped it around the tube while pumping.

I have it on high which doesnt seem so hot but comfortable.

I warm up and stretch on medium temp.
