Fella’s, I’m looking to take the plunge into the beautiful world of pumping. I just ordered a bathmate hercules and am expecting it within 2-3 weeks.

My question to all the experienced pumpers, preferably those who utilise the bathmate, how does one go about implementing a pump into his routine? Or does it replace his routine altogether?

The situation and my stats. I’m about 11 weeks in, sticking to the newbie routine to a tee. I’m currently at about 6” NBP and 6.5ish BPEL, my MSEG is 5.6” and my base is about 5.3”. Flacid hang is too wild to document properly, but on a good day, at certain times, I get to around 4” :( usually between 2-3” though - not too impressive or enjoyable… My fat pad is pretty thick, but I’m working on that in the kitchen/gym.

My current routine includes, 5 min hot wrap, 15-20 mins stretching, 15-20 mins jelqing (150-200 jelqs) and then if i feel like it I’ll edge for upto 15 mins before blowing a load. Overall, I’ve gotten decent gains (mostly in the first 4-5 weeks). Figured I’d bring in the big guns! lol. It can be noted I eat pretty healthy (lots of veggies, proteins, low carb/sugar, tons of water etc.)

My goal first and foremost is length. I desperately want to get up to about 7.5 NBPEL. My current gf said her last 2 ex’s were close to 8-9”, while I know chicks aren’t good with their guestimations, she knows I’m 6” NBP and made that call based on me vs them. We’re very open, and this doesn’t hurt my pride. (I more than triple their income haha)…. But what it does is make me motivated to get my cock to where she wants it to be. She loves a nice big dick. Even if she “seems” good at comparing your size to her previous lovers, I think that she certainly lied about it. She just said that for reasons like making you more dependent on her and not trying to score with other woman or any similar reason. Ok, you said you 2 seem to be very open about this, but what I said earlier still stands. This is just my op, of course/

Nah, she’s not clingy or anything like that. No motives or agendas with this one. It’s refreshing! We’re just naturally open and honest about anything and everything. From sex, to differences of opinions on religion to whether or not aliens exist haha. She’s not worried about me hooking up (she’s quite frankly, out of my league lol)

My bathmate will be coming in a couple days, and still no clue as to how to implement it into my routine!?

Do I replace my whole routine with pumping (at least for the first several weeks)? So lost! Could use some guidance here boys!

iGrow, I’m using the BM more as a supplement rather than a principal part of my PE so I’m getting in the BM about 2-3 times a wekk.

“well” means it’s doing what is supposed to do, regarding the concept of water pumping :)

Been with 3 guys and 2 have been 8-9”? BS. Pretty sure that’s into the 1% and less on length, the odds that she hit that 2 out of 3 times are pretty slim.

I use pumping as a supplement. I’d keep up your stretching & jelqing routine, and add the pumping to it. Don’t cut back stretching & jelqing for pumping.

I would agree with mike. I’d add that when you add something new to your current routine, ease it in. Start with maybe five minutes of pumping, and work your way up.

thanks guys! I think I will maintain my stretching (maybe decrease from 3 sets to 2) and then do 1 or 2 five minute sets of pumping with jelqs in between.

so the BM came in the mail today.. it was a blessed occasion really. lol

anyways, my routine tonight consisted for 4-5 min hot wrap. only 2 sets of stretching (up down left right straight x2) then jumping straight into the shower to test the new BM toy :)

So I obviously saw it as a good idea to start a bit light, so with a 80-90% hard on, I put the bm on my dick and only pumped twice. I was at about 162 and held it there for about 5 mins. Then, I took it off, massaged my penis, did 30-40 jelqs, did a couple quick stretches, stroked until I was hard again, then put it on for the next pump session. This time, I pumped 3x and got to 165ish, held for only 4 mins. Took off, massaged, 50 jelqs, a cpl quick stretches, and put it on for one last session. Pumped 3x pretty deep and got to about 168-170ish. This was definitely tight and caused some discomfort (not a great deal, but enough that right when I got it on I knew I didn’t want to keep it on for 5 mins at that intensity). So I took it off after 3-4 mins,

After I took it off, I jelqed about 50-60x and got out of the shower. Noticed my dick hanging somewhat thicker and fuller (not majorly) and now, just 20-30 mins later (as I’m laying in bed here on my comp) I find a mild discomfort feeling in the shape of a ring around my cock… also, my dick hasn’t retained its girht (probably cuz I’m in bed and it’s sort of turtling up in my current laying/half sitting position).

I wonder if I went too hard? Or too light? Or just right? Any thoughts people?

My dick is fairly well conditioned. About 4 mths into PE with decent gains, sticking to newbie routine and now with some horse440’s in the routine - which my dick can handle … and loves!!!

If you use pumping more as a supplement to your routine, don’t overuse it. I would say just to encourage blood flow and repeat this several times after your PE routine.

I think you answered yourself. Went too far with the last pump is my suggestion. From reading in the pumper’s forum and only having two sessions under my belt ( today and yesterday ) I am not by any means an expert but jumping straight into 3 sessions of pumping is a bit much I would think. With any new PE going in slow and as light as possible is generally your best bet. The mild ring of pain might be a PI indicating a possible donut effect something you don’t want ( I am assuming )

As for your routine it seems great. Only thing I would say is for two weeks minimum use light pump forces. The vacuum is a new experience for your dick to get used to. Best of luck to you and your new BM hope it brings you good gains!
