New pumping technique= Length gains

Burrgle, my routine is still based off of a modified newbie routine. Plus pumping and whatever i feel like at the moment.

-5 minutes stretching before shower( mostly to the sides)
-Step 1- Get in the shower. Another 5 minutes stretching in all directions.
-Step 2- 5 minutes low erection jelqing.

I repeat steps 1&2 two more times except jelqing on the last set with a higher erection level. Probably 70%. And do random stretching throughout the day. I do this seven days a week unless I am extremely fatigued, in which case I do light straight up stretching throughout the day.

As for the the pumping part of my routine, I usually try to get in 5 good sessions a week.
- 5 minutes straight out pumping at low hg.
- 5 minutes straight down pumping around 6 hg.
- Repeat
- 5 minutes break while edging.
- 5 minutes straight out pumping at low hg.
- 5 minutes straight down pumping around 6 hg.
- Repeat

Total pumping routing = 45 minutes.

If I feel like clamping or using an ADC, I do, but this happens rarely.

Back to the task at hand, I am begining to understand why this straight down pumping technique is working, but am waiting to analyze tonights session to be sure before I make an attempt at explaining.

After intensly observing my last few sessions, this is what I have came up with.

When I push the tube downward slowly, it is creating a downward erect bend essentially, at the base of the pubic bone.

After I begin to increase the preasure, my penis is forced to straighten and the bend moves back into the inner penis a little further, exposing more of the inner penis and also hitting the ligs like I have never felt.

Took a measurement last night after two days off.
Bpel- 8.25
Nbpel-7.1
Mseg- 6.05

Although I have been gaining, the numbers don’t reflect what pumping like this has done to my flaccid. It hangs much longer and fuller. Even if i take a rest day.

For about a month before starting SD pumping I was stuck at 8” on the dot. Two and a half weeks after i started using this technique i measure 8.25”.

1/4 inch gain, and my eq was not quite 100%, which it normally is.

Im not sure about flaccid gains. I dont measure that. But it is visually bigger, heavier, and i can feel the difference in my pants(literally).

That’s pretty good going mate just over 3/4 of an inch in 4 months and 1/4 of an inch just in the last month, I hope you get to keep it all.

Sorry guys, havent logged in for a while.

I have been crazy busy at work and have not had time for much else. I have not gained since last post but the only pe I have had time for is some short jelqing sessions only a couple times a week. I havent lost any gains though so I am guessing they have cemented.
