I got my new 2 x 9 cylinder in the mail today. Was pretty excited to get it and it was great to use. I was getting sick of using the 1.75 x 9 that I had. I hadn’t exactly packed the tube as far as length is concerned, although I’m not too far off. But the girth work I felt was getting limited. And that’s what I’m after.

Currently my routine consists of mostly clamping followed by 1 set of Pumping. It is as follows.

6 sets of clamping for 10 minute intervals
1 set of pumping for 10 minutes at between 4-8 Hg

For about a month now I’ve had trouble getting my unit into the the old cylinder (1.75 x 9) after all the clamping. Now that I got my new tube that’s not much of a problem. Hoping to make it a problem soon. :)

I would pump more, but I feel like what I”m doing already is taking up so much of my time. I like to use the pumping to supplement my clamping. I’m unsure of gains as I have not measured in months. I will at the end of December. One thing for sure though, is I plan on clamping and pumping for at least a solid year before I decide to cut back on PE. So far I”m off and running. I started on 8/6/12. This is about the longest I’ve ever lasted in PE, so far.

Anyway just wanted to post about my new toy.

I made an adjustment to my routine. I Increased my first pumping set to over 20 minutes, no more than 5 Hg. Added a second pumping set for just over 20 minutes, again at or under 5 Hg. The longer duration with lower pressure seems great. I can tell a difference already. I got much better post-pumping flaccid than I did at higher pumping pressures.

I will keep with this routine for a while. I’ll try and shoot for 2 sets of pumping per day, increasing on the weekends. I wish I had more time. Still need to get masturbation under control but laid off tonight. And I do kegels throughout the day, but no set routine like my clamping/pumping schedule.

I always found longer sessions at lower vacuum to be mor effective and less likely to generate a doughnut.

That is a great point DTWarren, I too have benefited from longer sessions at lower volume. Of course some of these sessions are broken up into 30 -40 min sessions with 300 jelqs thrown into the sessions. Jelqs are an important part of my routine and reinforce all I do.

Hey McGee, place a strip of adhesive tape on your old cylinder at the furthest point your dick reaches at 5hg. Do not throw it away. You will be amazed at how for you pass the tape mark a year from now.

I marked my smaller cylinder (1.75 x 9) when I first got it, and I’m pretty well past that. But I don’t use that tube anymore.

Do not discard the 1.75 cylinder with the mark. It will be a great comparison in the future. I still have my original 1.5” cylinder which now takes a good fifteen munites of slowly increasing the vacuum to reach full pumped length because I start out fully packed. However, it is a great ego booster when you visually see how much you have gained from day one.

Grease the cock, pump it and hang out in the 1.75” tube till It packs. Come out after thirty minutes, jelq new blood into it. Go back in the tube. It will pack to the head. Be patient, the cock will stretch out length wise, like a earthworm burrowing forward. Do this excersize until it presses against the end of the tube. This is true pumping for length and it will stretch the cock internals as well as any extender. wcock

But remember all the force falls on the end of the glans once the tube is packed, so you need less vacuum! :)
