Need some beginners help!


I would like some help with a few things, first I have no idea how I am suppose to start ? I would need a good program, like should I pump myself up, hold there for 20 seconds let go and keep on doing it for like 10 minutes or 20 minutes, I would like some sort of program on how to do it.

Second I want to know if having a “ring” (the thing at the bottom, don’t know what its called) that really fits me really is necessary or if you can get results with the standard one that comes with the pump.

I am 5.5 in girth and I would preferably only like go gain girth, getting a little length isn’t bad but not too much. What kind of program fits my needs ?

I don’t know the answer to your ‘ring’ question.

As for the girth, I assume that depends on the width of the tube. My tube is a bit thin, and fills up girth-ways (though I don’t know if it is ‘dick’ or fluid). So when I increase the pressure I just get longer in the tube, not thicker.

The ring at the bottom is called a “flange” and it does promote a tighter seal, imo, and more comfort with the cylinder resting against the pubic area.




In addition to the reading assignment that SS4 gave you, just start reading a lot of threads in the Pumpers Forum. There is just a ton of information for you to get acquainted with. Remember, knowledge is power, so get to know a lot of this stuff before you start.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
