Need advice for better comfort

Need advice for better comfort

OK, here is my problem:

When I pump without inner sleeve I get a much better expansion and suction, but the cylinder digs into my fat pad and it is not very comfortable.

When I use the jelly or rubber inner sleeve it’s very comfortable, but I can’t seem to get a full expansion. At least not if I don’t use (too) high pressure (10Hg). It seems that they restrict the blood flow at the base.

I need something that is comfortable, but doesn’t restrict the blood flow.

Is there someone out there with a solution?

Comfortable at the base of the cylinder? What type of cylinder to you use?

You could always try Plastidip, this is what I used on my gravel cylinder before buying a cylinder from LA.

I use a Pro-Xzec pump, but without the sleeves.

the cylinder is made out of plastic, but it’s kind of rough at the edge and it scratches my skin. It leaves a big O mark around my base, and my GF wonder what the hell is going on. The diameter is 5.7cm.

Perhaps some Blu-Tack or putty around the ring base?

It seems to me that the base of your cylinder is too thin therefore concentrating the pressure on a smaller area. If I were you I’d either buy a lapdist cylinder (works great for me) or try to add something at the base of the tube that would make the contact surface bigger (that’s easier said than done).

You have a very good pump with a very bad cylinder. The best solution is buy a new properly designed and sized cylinder. Lapdist is a good source along with pumptoys for comfort. If you need help with sizing just let me know your erect length and girth near the base. The manufacturers tend to recommend a little small.

Damn!

I just bought that cylinder, but I guess I have to buy I new one. Thanks anyway.

My BPEL=21cm and EGB=15.5cm

It’s impossible to tell from your picture, but does your hose connection to the cylinder use a quick disconnect coupler? If not, you will have to buy a male quick disconnect to plug into your new cylinder that comes with a female quick disconnect.

The connection hose/cylinder is permanent, but it’s possible to connect a new hose to the pump-cylinder. I’ll work something out.
