Narrow Cylnder Better Length Gains?

Please Note: this is for experienced pumpers only (more than 2 years of consistent pumping).

Ok the question is pretty simple I think, and quite obvious: is the idea that a narrower cylinder will yield better length gains than a wider one just a myth, or you found it has basis in the real world?

Three options for you. Feel free to add details in your post.

I think it is a myth and continuing to pump after packing can lead to blisters on the head that are a real bitch.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I do not have more than 2 years experience with a pump (more like 6 months), so I will not vote on your poll; however, I do find that I am able to “reach” longer in my narrower tube (1.75”) than in my wider tube (2.00”) by about 0.25”. I pack the 1.75” entirely after a few minutes, and pack 1/3 - 1/2 of the 2.00” tube after about 15 minutes (at which point I no longer pack any farther up).

START: 05/26/2014: BPEL=14 cm (5.51 in), MSEG = 13.3 cm (5.25 in)

LAST MEASURED: 11/17/2014: BPEL=15.3 cm (6.02 in), MSEG = not measured...yet

ULTIMATE GOAL: BPEL=17.8cm (7 in), MSEG = 14.6cm (5.75 in)

Thanks NTG4.

I find a narrower cylinder works well for length. The key is once it’s packed you must back off on the pressure. I hate to say it again this is why heat is so important. It allows lower pressure to still be effective.

My experience thus far leads me to nearly the exact conclusion and perspectives as Dickerschwanz and Titelist. Basically, the narrow cylinder does seem to give more of a length stretch than my wider Bathmate does. The narrow, non-water pump yields a more stimulating, horny feeling whereas the wider Bathmate does not. Results are inconclusive at this point.

Come on people, vote!

I apologize. I voted before reading your stipulations op. Please remove one “yes” vote from the tally.

Done.

I should add I have gotten length gains from pumping, but I like to pump with a cylinder ¼” larger in diameter then I can pack.

Do you stay in the narrow tube after packed? I find if the cock is well greased it will burrow up the tube slowly. So stay packed for time, you may continue to stretch lengthwise.

There shouldn’t be any difficulty as long as it’s low pressure.

Titleist, any thoughts if this also applies if you are dynamically pumping? I use a Mr Fantastic water pump and the vacuum varies from 4” up to 14” over a short period. I do pack the cylinder up to the glans after a few mins but wear both a silicone sleeve and glans protector. My length in the cylinder does vary with the change in vacuum. The silicone sleeve prevents fluid build up

I’ve not done any dynamic pumping. What has worked for me is the, “set it and forget it” approach. Take the time to exceed your BPEL under vacuum and leave it there. I try and keep it simple.
