My Thoughts on the Bathmate After 2 Years.

I have been using batemate x30 for about a month and I fill it to the 18cm , my penis was fat anyway for its lenght but as I fill it in diamiter would you recomend I buy the x40 for more lenght?

Yeah for the x40

So, I think I am getting a little bit of length benefit from the BM. When I got the unit a couple of months ago I could only pump up to the M on Max. Now I consistently get to the A and this morning to the X.

I am doing the BM 3-4 xs per week. I believe in a lot of rest days. I sometimes do a session in the evening in addition to the morning shower, but that is rare.

My EQ is much better. Wifey said my did was “Hard as a rock” the other night.

I have been doing some manual stretches and squeezes as well here and there much not much.

Hey everyone.
Today I tried something new. I took out the padded insert on the new BM. It is a great improvement on the old style and not uncomfortable at all with the new insert, however, not nearly as much dick goes into the BM with it installed. So, I took it out for the session.
The old feel and discomfort was back, however, almost 3/4 of an inch more sent into the unit.
After the 15-20 minute session my dick was much more stretched out. They chubby lasted a lot longer and I really feel like a better workout was accomplished.
Not sure I would want to use it this way all the time. I think it would wear some sore spots like the old style did. But I can definitely see the advantage of taking the insert out maby every other time or every 3rd time.

Very inspirational. I hope to gain as much as you have my good sir. Thinking about one of those penis stretchers like a size genetics and use it in conjunction with the BM.

If you have the skillZ, you can build anything you can buy, and Much Cheaper! I have never bought a PE device, I always made my own. B.I.B. Hanger? NOPE! I used an improvised “ULI RING” as a hanger, comfortable enough to hang up to 15# for longer than I should have! (I used to exceed 30 minutes, and sometimes I exceeded 15#, but never both at once) 20 min is the practical limit. Anyway, you can make most PE devices. I even pieced together my own pump, I have a very heavyweight Pyrex tube, and bought hardware store tubing for the pump, and an automotive grade vacuum pump, metal, which is cheaper and more sturdy than a plastic pump from a PE supply. Hate to see you lose “momentum” due to lack of funds! ;)

Just an observation.

The BM seems to make my unit turtle. I mean extremely. To the point that it is uncomfortable and have to adjust about every hour.

I have taken about 2 weeks off and it is back to normal now.

I am going to start up again and see if I react in the same way.

I read most of this and good stuff. I have been using the bath mate for roughly 6 months with minimal results. I should of measured when I started and now but I didn’t. However just visually and feel I’ve seen maybe a sight difference but not what I had hoped. I measured a while ago and I was around 6 inches with 5 inch girth I believe, maybe a little over. I’ve never had anyone complain and always had a good sex life. My wife is gorgeous and she gets off multiple times and says I’m plenty big but I don’t feel I am and would love to get to 7 inches and a little more girth and I hope this is doable!!

In the beginning I feel I was over doing it and I had some EQ issues that I thought were from the bathmate. I was doing 6 days a week 15min sessions at pretty high pressure and occasional stretching with a lot of bruising and dots most days. Just a couple weeks ago I have started jelqing and still using the bathmate and I hope this helps.

Any suggestions for me? I don’t have a ton of time with the wife and kids around, I basically have 15min 5-6 days a week when I come home after the gym to shower and get ready for work. So I could use some advise on a good routine for the short amount of time I have. I have cut back to 4-5 days a week to allow more rest time even though I want to do it every day. Even now I still get a little bruising and dots but what I have done the last 2 days is jelq for a few minutes before the bathmate instead of after and I haven’t noticed as much bruising or dots so I think I will continue with that and it seems like the perfect warm up. I’ve been going a little easier on the pressure even though mentally I want to see it go as far as I can and feel like I’m getting gains, I do go pretty heavy pressure the last couple minutes. I keep it ten minutes or under in the bathmate and a few minutes of jelqing, I know that’s not a ton but I hope in my case slow and steady wins the race. Like I said I don’t have a ton of time and EQ issues scared me so I don’t want to over due it.

An help is appreciated, also considering trying to put it on on the days I shave and let it hang so I can get a few extra minutes a couple days a week, thoughts?

My first thought is spending the time you’d use on PE, with your wife and enjoying a wife that clearly enjoys you.

Just like many others on this site I am after the same goal and just looking for some advise since my time is limited. My response was to say I’m not sure if 15 minutes will yield the dividends you seek.

Thats exactly the way on how to use the BM. Couple it with some manuals before and/or after.
It works kind of like a multiplier.
You can also try around with the temperature of the water. Maybe even ice cold in your last set for a minute.

Do jelqs and/or stretches.

For example:
Low pressure warm up in very warm water:3 minutes.
Then some Stretches(do stretch into several directions,.. for example helicopter stretches)
Then again the BM with higher pressure: 5 minutes.
Then some Jelqs.

You can possibly gain some with such. The BM alone for some minutes might just give you some temporary gains.
Research stealth PE. Doing some piss pulls through the day can help for example.

Over time you have to increase intensity if you cant increase time. Just make sure to not overpump. Getting bruises means you do up the pressure too fast. Increase slowly. Also switching up might help. Like for example doing only jelqs for 10-15 minutes from time to time.

Thanks for the feedback. Last question from me: are complete rest days necessary and recommended or should a try a routine of maybe bathmate and jelqing 4-5 days a week and the couple days I don’t use the bathmate at least do some light jelqing and stretching for 10-15 minutes?

I also might try and sneak some stretching in at work during a bathroom break or something since my time is so limited in the morning when I do my routine however my wife and I have sex almost every night and I don’t want to over work things and have EQ issues.
